Mcdonald's

You know how long it's been since I've had a mcflurry? Like, over a year. This place was very clean and has a very nice older lady tell me to "Not work too hard." I was having a bad day is all I'm gonna say, it was nice to hear. Obviously unbeatable cheap prices, it's McDonald's. Highly recommend the app

I love their coffee with a shot of hazel. The online app rewards program is awesome. I can order and pay online before I go, and have my food and coffee ready. Which is awesome. Saves me a lot of time and helps me beat the crowd. This McDonald’s is right next to UT Arlington and it will get super busy in the morning and after school time. That’s when this online ordering comes in a lot handy and moreover you can get free food after few dollars, which I like. And most importantly it’s cheap as well, which awesome. I am a regular customer here.

McDonalds have come along way. I recently stopped by to grab some breakfast before my Dr. Appointment. I was very impressed after seeing how nice and clean the restaurant looks inside out. The staff was doing so well happily working. Keep up the great work! Thanks for serving us every day with a smile.

Today, Tuesday, July 5 at 11:00 p.m. we received mistreatment from the managers just for going to change our ice coffee and frapes. The reason was that they were without ice and they greeted us loudly. I never give a bad review but this time they deserve it. I hope you correct your attitude and service, remember that we pay for a worthy product, not for what you want to give us.

Drive thru times are horrible now. Ordering online or curbside is the most time consuming and frustrating experience at this store. This used to be the best McDonalds in the area, but all the good managers and workers left. Current state of this location is really atrocious. They make every wait 3times, once to reach the speaker, then to reach the drive thru window and then they tell you to pull up to the side. At times they forget you’re waiting on the side because they get busy with easy drive thru orders that they keep dishing out. Truly disappointing.

Ridiculous!!! I was waiting for an order of fries for over 25 minutes! And no they were not busy! Since management is the issue and the higher ups refuse to do anything!! What a joke..the kids working here need better examples of how to have work ethics and integrity no wonder the kids these days are so lazy!
