Cloud Lounge

One of the best hookah Lounge we have been to. Perfect place to chill, talk and have drinks with friends. I recommend this to everyone. Sarah was our server and she took care of us very well. Even thought she is new but She was great at service! Very friendly staff and they care about customer experience a lot. I tried their Pina Colada and Oreo Shake! I will sure come here more. 10/10 🔥

Love this place and the new renovations. I do miss one of the old couches they had(so comfy lol) besides that i love the new atmosphere. I went on a Thursday night when they had live music and it was great. Will definitely be coming back. It also looks like they did a slight revamp to the menu. Everyone was very welcoming.

This place really stepped up after the renovation. I love the new interior and the design. The service is great now because they have a lot more staff so everybody is very attentive. The hookahs have all been replaced and the flavors always hit. Also they have a non-alcoholic bar menu that is really cool - its a unique concept I have never seen before. Karam the manager is great as well - he always makes sure everyones needs are met. One of my favorite hookah spots to go to in the DMV.

The last time I went to cloud, it was not a pleasant experience at all because the place was infested with mice. After the renovation I decided to give it a second chance, the place looks nice. I ordered halumi sujuk kaak and a spicy chicken sandwich. The Sujuk was served with the plastic wrapping on it, so I was literally chewing plastic while eating and guess how much that was? $18 for half sized sandwich, the chicken sandwich came alone with no fries, it was ok, but not worth $20 AT ALL, chick Fill A has a better chicken sandwich (Combo, with fries & a drink) and only for $10. NEVER going back to that place

The renovation is nice. But the food was not good at all. First of all the Karak tea came cold and when we pointed it out the staff member said it comes this way. Clearly they’re not educated. When does tea comes cold we did not order iced tea lol. Ordered halloumi kaak. Slices of extremely thin sesame crumbling bread and veggies were not fresh at all. Please be reasonable about your prices or at least match the standard of expectation to the prices.

I live in Florida but I always come to D.C that’s my second hometown. I didn’t really know that much about Arab places/restaurants and environment but I found this very nice spot and I became a regular customer, every time im in DC I have to come to this place. The staff is amazing and I want to thank Naoures for her excellent customer service she’s so sweet and she always made sure I had everything I needed, much appreciation and shoutout to the manager as well this place and the vibe is incredible.
