Carly was amazing, she provided excellent customer service and helped everyone that came in. Even though she was the only one there she was still able to perform her duties and make sure every customer was taken care of there was at least four customers in there at once. Thank you Carly for your amazing customer service I'll be glad to keep coming back to Subway at this location.

I've done 3 online pickups with this Subway and everytime I order, they don't have 4 or 5 ingredients to make the sandwich. On top of that, the staff doesn't seem to care. I waited in the store for 20 minutes before the guy told me that they didn't have what I asked for. When I asked for my money back, he gave me attitude, so safe to say that I won't be going to this Subway ever again.

Just left I'm very upset. The order box doesn't work so you have no choice but to order at the window. the employees always rush your order when you order at the window because someone drives up to the box and tries to order and they have to tell the person to hold on instead of listening to your order. This is about my third or fourth order that has been messed up entirely when I'm spending 30 plus dollars.

Never will I eat here or come here again ,the lady couldn't even prep sandwich correctly like she just got thrown out there within 10 minutes, she kept looking lost confused ..... everything that's sitting out was warm 🥵 the other girl was coughing in the air no mask ...horrible service

Just not the same at all ... it was ok i was just extremely disappointed. Kid didnt listen. He was awesome at making sandwiches but cant follow simple instructions. No attention to detail.

The one on Cooper st was out of the meatballs and steaks for the subs. Omg. I couldn't believe it.My food was still delicious 😋😋.
