They changed their menu so you can only pick the base favorite sandwiches or build your own. It is hard to customize the favorites. Also, this locale was out of a lot of stuff, (blame COVID.) Still a great sandwich but you have to work to get something different.

Ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce,pickles,and mayo but it was missing all of these ingredients. How hard can that be? They have the bag right in front of them...

Updated - bad which (sick), good service (fixed drink problems)
Previously ...Great Wich great service. However, since the "Wich" doesn't include a drink, and you're never asked if you want a drink this deserves zero stars. How can I pass down dry bread which itself poses a choking hazard. I'm not giving them another two bucks for a drink they don't offer.

Place was extremely dirty. Every table had crumbs on them, both trash cans were over flowing, and the men’s bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days.

The wicked, lettuce wrapped with the battered onions and vinegar! It feels like a treat! Refreshing and filling. It was about 10 minutes to close but the staff still assisted us with professionalism and made are sandwiches as if it was the first of the day and not the last before closing!

First time ever hearing of this place. Love trying new things and I am very pleased with this place. Very clean, restrooms are clean as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will be sure to visit again.

I love this place! Me and my best friend try to go 2x a month but we live in grand prairie and this is far in Arlington so we wish we had one close by so we could definitely go weekly. It was our best kept secret but we'll share it more often if it increases business if that's the case.

First of all, hats off to all the ladies who are working at this location. Tables are being cleaned after reach and every use. Cleanliness and safety measures were taken and all employees wear masks. Food is made/cooked to perfection and everything tasted really good. Veggie sandwich, lettuce-avacado sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich and pizzawich; everything is flavorful
