Corner Bakery Cafe

Don’t ever come here. Food was bad. People are rude. I I was waiting to order the food. Manager and cashier Kate Lynn and another lady was talking. Don’t even want to take the order. Instead stayed to eat at the restaurant We just get the food and go. The Manager was rude to call me to get the food. (Morning manager)

Had a pleasant experience last time I came here so I came again. Not so good this time. I ordered the regular apple & banana overnight oats and instead was given the one with raisins and almonds.... I guess it's fortunate i don't have a nut allergy. I also asked for vanilla in my coffee and i was given vanilla and hazelnut...? When the lady brought out my coffee she told me she put hazelnut in it as well because she wasn't sure. Surely it wouldn't have been hard to ask me before putting flavors in, yes...? I saw that there was a new person working that day (perhaps more in the kitchen), but some more quality control on the trainer's end would have been nice. I thought I would be a regular here but I guess I won't be back for a while. 3 stars since I enjoyed my first experience

Due to standing in a long line waiting to order, we were not able to order breakfast. There was only 1 cashier who had to keep pausing to assist with drinks & togo orders. The coffee kept running out, so there was a consistent wait to refill fresh coffee. Our drink orders were not filled to the top of the cup, and when asked why, the cashier said "it's not filled to the top because you asked for no ice" 🤯 Are times so bad for Corner Bakery that tea is measured by the ounce? If so, that should've be said when we asked for no ice. The configuration of the restaurant is a poor design because people picking up togo orders have to cut through people waiting to place togo orders & people waiting to place dine in orders to get to the pickup counter. There was a cluster of traffic at the counters. When the food arrived it was fleshly prepared, but very bland. I've dined at Corner Bakery in Houston several times & the experience was good. This particular location in Arlington was the worst and not worth another try.

I placed a pick up order over the phone. When I went in to pick it up I was not greeted or made to feel welcomed at all. The two employees at the register took their time getting to me. They even talked about what they had planned later that day in my face. Who I assumed to be the manager gave me weird looks and made no effort to help me. Very dissatisfied and hurt.
