Mcdonald's

Horrible service. We ordered McFlurries, got to the window and said the ice cream machine was down so they couldn’t make it. They told us to pick a shake flavor instead and charged us extra for the shakes. None of our drinks are full. The shamrock barely has any green or flavor in it. My fries are old and cold. We won’t stop again.

Sorry guys but somebody dropped the ball on my order, and when you have a special order it's a GREAT idea to check the bag. No matter how long they asked you to pull up and wait with other's whipping their cars around you.... check the bag. I live far enough not to go back, I would have spent as much in gas, so shame on me but shame on you McDonald's because your reputation is on the line with every order and no excuses I don't want a free meal that might be fixed right. I want your staff to know that it's more their fault than mine.

If I could give a zero star I would. First off it smells like diarrhea inside, then they try pushing you towards the kiosk to order. They goes as far to walk with you to them when they simply can take the order at the register. It looked like there were roughly 8-9 people working but yet my artisan chicken sandwich and salad took 15 minutes to make and there was only 1 person ahead of me. When I finally got my order it's hard, cold and not even what I ordered. It's supposed to be grilled chicken not fried. Worst and I mean absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

They ignore customers who come in to order and pay more attention to drive through. Waited 15 minutes no service and there was like 6 people waiting as well. On top of that there was more people coming in with wrong orders and not getting help. This place needs to step it up and have better customer service

Ordered a Big Mac to go last night. Get on the road, open the box, they put the meat and toppings on the first layer of the bun, then the middle bun, then nothing in between the middle layer and the top bun. Worst Big Mac ever. Guess they don't make them the same during a pandemic. And the restroom was a mess. Out of paper in the dispenser, paper all over the floor. Gross.
