I love the kindness my son and I receive when we visit, which is frequent,the folks that work at both Arcata,ca locations are very kind and efficient! Great customer service

I got a BMT for the first time in years, and it was like Subway was back in the 90s. The restaurant was clean and the employees were nice. The food was great.

Marco as a new employee did awesome. He was a trooper as the shop was very busy at dinner time. Great customer skills.

Maybe if there was only one arcata location there would be enough employees to run the store for proper hours.
Also, if the store is gonna close early for clean up, just change the hours. I know its 15 minutes, but I'd be earlier if I know I have to be.

This subway location does very well but a new employee (a few weeks working) does not use the scoop when applying tuna to a sandwich and instead uses a knife which leads to small amounts of tuna when ordered.

I asked my granddaughter what was her favorite sandwich thinking turkey, ham, beef but no! Her favorite sandwich is Subway! Too cute! Whatever I get I love they will double the spinach. And if I'm not too hungry I can order the children's meal...which is usually more than enough!

I didn't get her name, however the young lady that was working 6-5-19 at 620 PM was amazing! She had huge orders and was serving everyone with a smile and working as fast as she could. Your company is very lucky to have such an amazing employee

I eat here often. The store is always clean and the ingredients fresh. Saber is always polite and works at a fast pace. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes. The wall art is appealing. The only downside is the homeless beggar's at the entrance to the parking lot. They are a distraction to traffic and they make the area feel unsafe.

I personally had another great experience at this subway. I don't know why there are some poor reviews about this store because every time I ate here it was great. The food was fresh and delicious and the one person working there at 3:00 on Thursday was awesome! She was doing the work of 2 people and she still was kind and professional!
