Burger King

I had a pleasant experience going through the drive through here today. While paying for and picking up my order I could overhear the manger being very sweet and encouraging to whoever was working on orders in the back, she said "Hun" a few times, and she shined friendly. I also had a very nice interaction with the young lady working the window. She noticed I had ear gauges, which she also had, and sparked up conversation. It was really nice to experience the genuinely positive vibe that was being put out by this crew. I tip my hat.

The Burger Kings in Appleton have all been awful. I don't know if they need a new speaker/microphone system in the drive-thru or what, but they never hear my order correctly. I had ordered mozzarella sticks, and server on the speaker stated they "can't come with the meal," and that's fine. I said I'd still like some as an extra side then, and fries with my meal. Needless to say, I did not get my mozzarella sticks. the only reason they get two stars is because the food they DO serve you is as good as you'd expect.

Went there because I had coupons, right off the bat customer service wasn't good. There was only one other person in front of me but the wait was unnecessarily long. My oreo shake tasted strongly of some sort of coffee flavor and had a slight dirty metal aftertaste. Threw it away because it was so horrible.
