Had a #2. Double beef sandwich! Wow! It's been quite a while since I have gone into an Arby's. It was very good! Fries were fresh and hot! Wife had chicken tenders with fries. Both were very good and fresh! Definitely will be back to an Arby's soon! A little pricey but good!

Awful. Food was good but everything else was horrible. There was an employee who was on break screaming at his mother over the phone in the dining area the whole time we were trying to eat. Not only that but half of the tables were full of crumbs, napkins all over the floor, and the behind the counter was disgusting. I work in fast food and that was gross. Not even gunna start on the bathrooms. Plus the lady who I can only assume was the manager or something was very snotty and was wearing flat out pajamas. Take the extra five minutes and go to the nicer one down the road

Horrible customer service! Received cold food after waiting over 25 minutes for an online order in the drive-through. I’ve never been treated so rudely! This was the East Calumet location in Darboy Wisconsin. I’ve never been so angry with anywhere I’ve ever eaten before!

If I could give a ZERO star I would. This place is a joke. I had to repeat our order 2 times because of all the things they got wrong. They rang it up wrong and then wouldn't give me the fries because I didn't pay for them. I ordered a Diet Dr Pepper which was repeated to me but got a Diet Coke. They should probably pay for an upgrade to their menu board so people can do their job for them and confirm their order is entered correctly!!!

There used to be some good workers there a while back & I remember there were times when the food used to be decent and had quality.... for the price this place charges the fries were cold as could be & tasted like they were sitting for quite a while! For the time I had to wait for the food you would think it would at least be warm~very disappointed!!

Used to go here often, love that turkey bacon ranch in the classic Sammy form. Twice this place gave me that sandwich with NO TURKEY!
They don’t even make a BLT! It didn’t have extra bacon either, two slices. This place is utter garbage.

After a wait for chicken tenders and a cookie. Got no napkins or a receipt. Young man running drive thru could of been a little more pleasant. Man that ran food out was nice. Of all Arby's is a good place to eat. Good food, actually better choice for healthy eating. Service wasn't like it used to be.
