I love Subway but I had a below par sandwich there on 2020/07/19. They were out of all breads except for white and wheat, they didn't have roast beef (?!?!?!), didn't have olives, their veggies looked a couple of days old, and they were very stingy with veggies and dressing. Additionally, the staffer didn't wear a mask during the pandemic and I should have walked out when I saw that.

I ordered my meal online and when I arrived the employee wasn’t wearing a mask, had his pants below his waist, and our food looked like it was thrown together by a 2 year old. There was no ice in the soda machine and we didn’t receive our chips with the meal. My husbands sub was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway. Since this is just based off of one location I will continue to give subway my service but will avoid this location.

I've visited Subway many times in my life, and most of those times I always order the Meatball Marinara sub. I've ordered it enough times to know that the sauce is graciously added, not sparingly. Also, after paying for my order I was informed that therr was not any ice for our drinks, to which the lady working asked if I ciuld just use my ice from home.😳 When I went to fill my cup with Coke, I realized it was out. I informed her that it needing replacing and she essentially ignored me and asked if I liked the other drinks. Then, as my daughter and i were deciding on which fountain drink we woukd like , the lady working began pouring the sweet tea from the dispenser into a pan and took it outside and dumped it right beside my car. As she came back inside she saud "we have no ice because the Owner is out of town " which I highly doubt being I saw her lock the door to her Lexus SUV, and she was not wearing a Subway uniform, and from experience I know the only way you can be working in q corporate restuarant chain and not wear a uniform is if you are the owner of that paticular location. I won't be visiting again...ever.

I see a lot of other people had a bad experience at this location. The one employee seemed to have an attitude because I asked if they offered the specials that I just saw on the commercial she replied “We don’t do any specials “. I ordered 3 sandwiches when told her what I wanted she threw the toppings on the sandwich with an attitude. Literally 6 leaves of spinach on my veggie sub. Very bad service I will never go back there again. Wish undercover boss would visit the store.

Normally I love Subway, but as of late, they've been kinda hit or miss. This one was a definite miss. The store was out of a lot of ingredients, and the associate did a lackluster job making my salad - it is ridiculous to have a $2 upcharge for a salad. When the associate went to get another bag of spinach, I noticed that the spinach was already bruised. As I ate, my companion noticed that the associate was sitting in the back watching us eat. I looked around and saw it as well. It was unnerving and made me feel very uncomfortable. All in all this was probably the most disappointing Subway experience I've had.

I've had a lot of Subway in my life and worked at one for 5 years. I just had the worst made Subway sandwich I've ever had in my life. First off the girl wanted to give me a chicken bacon ranch and sweet onion chicken teriyaki COLD. I don't just mean not completely heated in the microwave or toaster. I mean straight out of the bin and done!!! Then she goes and DRENCHES it in sauce. It was swirling as she squeezed and she passed 4 times. I sure hope she is new and can be retrained. But she NEEDS to be retrained on Subway policy and formulas. I couldn't even eat it was so disgusting.

I ordered on the app to save time and take advantage of the $5 Footlongs (I bought 2, one for the next day) and when I returned to work the one sub was incorrect bread and incorrect toppings. The next day, the same thing! I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t do a review on the app. So beware if you order on the app and check the subs while you are there!

This subway the employees don't seem to know how to make a sub. I never thought I would have to say that. Time and time again I have gone here and they won't wrap the sub, just place paper around it causing it to be a huge mess when you go to eat it.. This isn't the first time, it's repetitive every time.
