Mcdonald's

7/17/2022 I came by to grab dinner on the way home and the crew was very energetic and on the ball. They had amazing customer service and were friendly and accommodating. They not only got my food out quickly but did it with a lot of enthusiasm and were very helpful and friendly. These people went above and beyond, they were like the Kanye of McDanalds, they blew my mind and far surpassed my expectations, I would highly recommend these people to any people looking for people to serve them foods from the mcdondle menu

I was informed 9 days later “we don’t have Iced Coffee” for the second time in a week. How can you not have ice coffee? Coffee breakfast, lunch, dinner for customers, right. So someone did not order creamer or you the ice machine broke down? Terrible customer service. McDonald’s used to have customer service like Chick-fil-A today. That was many years ago. I do not order anything from McDonald’s except Iced Coffee and a vanilla ice cream cone on occasion.

Not only was I charged twice, but the second time was much higher since no discount was applied, of course I will dispute the charges. The morning manager she said, "This isn't my problem" and walked away, sorry I have to say this but I'm sure the reason she just walk away is because I'm not white or at least that was how it felt. I was taught to respect everybody no matter where they are coming from. If this is how she treat customers I feel sorry for the employees.
