I LOVE them! I've only been there 3 times and they already know my order. Customer service is so important to me. I'll go somewhere and actually pay more just for good service. They are definitely winning! And it also helps that they fix my iced caramel latte with no whipped cream to perfection! 😍

Been going here for a while since I work right next door, but today will be the last time. I ordered a large black tea as usual, there was a new guy working so maybe I am being too harsh but he kept asking me a question I couldn't understand to which I replied "large black tea" 3 times. When I got my tea it had cream and sugar and he refused to make me a new one saying he had asked me 3 times. I left my undrinkable tea on the counter and walked out

The gentleman working there, was extremely nice. The service was fast and very friendly. If I ever find myself in that area again I will be an avid customer.

Great service. Coffee was made perfectly to order. Gentlemen taking my order forgot do charge me for the extra espresso shot. When he noticed, he just smiled and said no worries, no charge. I appreciate when those little things happen

Not my favorite Dunkin'. The store is small. They are always crowded (at least when I visit). Staff is not really friendly.
Good news:
Food and drinks are up to standard, and service is aleays pretty fast.

The Dunkin Donuts on Chinquapin Round Road is by far the best Dunkin location ever. Every employee knows my drink when I walk in and they genuinely treat you like family here.
