Panda Express

Best price and fresh food. I am probably going to choose PE before any other fast food. This is just me. Good fast and cheap Chinese food. The place I will choose if I am in the mood for Chinese and do not want to take unnecessary risks, I know I will be ordering from here. When you have high volume, your food will be fresh, and here it is.

Never order from here via delivery. Your waiting your time. The staff is lazy and they never have the food ready or prepared. If they don’t have the food prepared they will turn down service. Most of the time it’s never ready. I’ve ordered there many times hoping they have food ready, but they never do. Seems like the employees are not doing there job. I recommend finding a different place to go instead of Panda Express or they will screw up your order.

At the moment you arrive in that place the personel give you an agreeable feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a kind restaurant to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. enjoyable food, experienced chief cook and stuff, competitive cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Not EXPRESS. With their food prep they should start 30 minutes before opening instead of opening with no food available. With chipotle they open and they are fully ready for customers while Panda Express has no food ready while being open for 30 minutes. If you ask how long the wait will be “it will be 20 minutes” every single time. Follow up... today is May 29th I went to pick up my usual orange chicken and white rice but as usual it wasn’t ready... they have been open for 40 minutes and should have most of the simple food prepared. It doesn’t take that long to make white rice in the first place, I have no clue what the kitchen staff is doing with their time... another issue is that the front staff completely lie about their times and honestly don’t care if they lose business or not. Follow up again... today is July 9th I believed they fixed their mistakes but as always I’m treated like garbage by the staff and given a lame excuse. This excuse was different though because instead of saying it’ll take 10+ minutes it’s now come to saying they just opened. They were open for a hour and couldn’t prepare white rice in that span of time...

I ordered two plates last night-- one was delicious and the other was dry and quite old. It was the chicken and peppers (can't remember the name), and I ordered it with the fried rice. My entire entree tasted as if it was made bright and early in the morning, and I ordered it at 8pm. Disappointed, to say the least. I wish they would throw out the old food, or perhaps use it as samples AND make fresh food to serve to paying patrons. DO BETTER Annapolis mall Panda Express...do better! I will add that my son enjoyed his General Tso Chicken. Smh!
