The person at the counter was great. The other staff needs to get their stuff together. Constantly messing up people orders. They even messed up my order. When a customer asked for fresh fries, due to her order being messed up not one, but three times they did so. But the girl who took the old fries, turned her back from the customer, took a few fries out & ate them. Then put it to the side for another customer. So when it was time to receive my order, she of course grabbed the fries she had placed back for an unsuspecting customer to put into my child's bag. Nope. Sad I had to advise her to get me fresh fries and I had to watch to ensure. The manager needs a camera in the the back to monitor the staff. If I would have had my phone, I would have recorded her and put it out for public viewing. I was there between 3:40-3:50pm.

No one in drive thru when we came through. Took several minutes for someone to come on the speaker and tell us we could order when ready. Placed our order and asked for fresh chicken and fries because it was going to be about 10 minutes until we got back to the hotel. Before giving the total the guy starts chatting with coworkers about something as if we weren't there. At the window asked for some sauce for the chicken and no one could or would get it, instead about 5 people decided right then they had to wash their hands and everyone literally lined up to do so. Finally after about 3 minutes the door flys open and the sauce handed to us as if we were a huge burden. The door slams and the lady touches her face possibly scratching her nose. Checked the fries as we were pulling away and they we're old and nasty! 🤮
Only positive really was the fact that the employees actually are thorough enough when washing their hands. Kudos to that. The rest was highly disappointing.

Food was good (although it didn't really seem to me like they put extra mayo on my sandwich), staff was friendly enough... but MAN. WAS. THIS. SLOW. It could have been a fluke, but if this is their usual speed then I would NOT call it "fast food." The ironic thing is I had done a Google search of "fast food restaurants" that would be en route to my destination, as I was in a hurry.... this was only a 2 minute detour so it seemed like the most efficient stop. WRONG.😆

This is definitely the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. They are constantly under staffed to the point they close the drive thru at lunch. Food is good, staff are nice, but if you are in a hurry, don't bother.

I go to this Wendy's often since I live right next to it and I often times don't have time to make food after a long day at work. The staff have been always friendly and prompt, and the food I received have always been fresh (especially the nuggets and the fries). The drive through staff is especially nice!

If I could give this place negative stars i would. Everyone in this place should be fired and replaced with people who can do a simple job. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago at a reasonable time (8ish) and waited 15 minutes before they would take our order, yet there was nobody ahead of us. Once we did order we pulled around and everyone was being stupid in the kitchen on their phone and laughing and having a good time. They couldn't care less about the customer if they wanted to. You'd think for the wait our order would he fresh... nope. The fries were cold and over salted and when we asked for straws for 2 drinks the guy at the window gave us 1 straw and then rudely closely the window on us. I have never had such bad service in my life, and as a college student my expectations are low anyways but this was below the bar, not to mention the place was a pigsty. Hopefully a manager or corporate person sees this so this doesn't happen again.

absolutely terrible service. waited in the drive thru for ~5 minutes and didn't see the line progress at all so I went inside thinking it might be faster... bad mistake. when I walked in there were only a few people ahead of me but it still took me at least 15 minutes before I could even order and 25 minutes total to even get my food. it wasn't like the place was packed and there was an extremely long line, just a truly remarkable display of incompetence. food was alright but I don't expect high quality food from Wendy's, just some timely service and I couldn't even get that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Seemed a little understaffed and our drive thru order was missing items. Going inside there was a bit of disorder as it seems other people also got wrong items or had items missing. Additionally some flavors in the drink machine were unavailable. The food was still good though and that's what matters in the end to me!
