Panera Bread

Our two sandwiches were very disappointing. My Napa chicken salad sandwich had literally one small spoon full of chicken salad and my wife's turkey bacon bravo had no turkey on it. Really, it's in the name......turkey! The two stars is really for the service. The order was ready fast for our take out, maybe too fast that they forgot to take time to actually make the sandwiches.

We had a to-go order. My wife and I have always LOVED the Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad so we order that to split. It never disappoints. Ordered, too, a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to share. Quality ingredients good size; but the whole sandwich was ice cold even, surprisingly, the bread! And, when will Panera serve bread that isn't so hard to chew - the crust is super tough. Maybe when the Company owners have dentures will they see what we mean. Amy was great. Brent, although we didn't get a chance to talk, looked super organized.

Good food, could eat here everyday if budget allowed. Staff was friendly and kitchen staff were working hard. Not as clean as I've seen other locations though, although I do realize it was a busy time. The order kiosk screens were so dirty, many tables not wiped and bathrooms could have used a freshen up.

Good food. Same as all Panera restaurants. Would have preferred to sit at a booth but every single booth table in the main area was unstable. I don't want to spill coffee from a shakey table. Also, not enough lighting pointing down at the table. Overhead lighting is pointed at artwork. I prefer to have the light point down at the table so I can see my food better and any work I may be doing.
