I had a wonderful two-night stay at Xavier's guest house booked through AirBnb. The hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodations were both comfortable and charming. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Xavier and his team were attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The location was convenient, providing easy access to Anjuna Beach & Flee-market. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend Xavier's guest house to fellow travelers.

An amazing Airbnb, in the nature’s lap! Perfect location! Literally a minute away from Anjuna beach, shiva valley and many amazing restaurants! The owner John is very welcoming and attentive! The place is very well maintained with very aesthetic rooms of different categories! There’s a small restaurant serving amazing food. The owner also arranges activa if needed. The prices of the rooms are reasonable and totally worth it

Xavier's guest house should be your go to place if you want some serene time amidst a lush green set-up. A 5 minutes walk from Shiva's Valley and a 3 minutes walk to the sea-beach. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. John, the owner is indeed someone who you can rely on for any local information/help and a guide. You should certainly, certainly not miss the delicious food they prepare here and especially the pan-cake. There are enough options to alter and try most of the items over a stay of 2-3 days. The best part is this property is away from the hustle of the streets and also just a 5 minutes drive to a lot of eateries, market, cafes etc. Xavier's guest house surprisingly also provide free drinking water (not limited to a bottle per day) and you can just fill up your water bottle and go about it. The stay would also allow you to network with folks both from and outside of the country and chill in general.

Very affordable place and nice hospitality. U will enjoy staying here. There were joolas for every room outside and greenery everywhere. U will get a nice vibe with evening lighting. Place is clean and neatly maintained. U can ask John there for any suggestions of places he will help u and u can get something to eat there itself and food was also good there. Overall nice experience
