7-eleven

Went to buy some boiled peanuts. I eat a few and then I reached down and some gooey slime was all over my fingers. One of the peanuts looked molded. I left so I had to go back hour later and tell the lady behind the counter she immediately blamed it on first shift. I said no it was you cause you told me I couldn’t ring up my gas and ebt at same time. With attitude said she need my receipt. Cool even after seeing it FOR THEMSELVES and having my receipt they had to call manager. Highly dissatisfied.

Went in today and got a cup of coffee, noticed that there were coffee grounds in my cup. The manager, Michael, quickly came over, fixed a fresh carafe of coffee and apologized for the problem. We chatted while the coffee was brewing and I was amazed at the amount of customer service that he displayed. Michael is definitely an asset to this store and to the 7-11 company. He displayed true leadership qualities and I left the store with a smile. Not once did he ever get frustrated, he just got the job done. Amazing customer service, especially from a gas station. I hope Michael goes far with this company because he definitely has leadership qualities. Great job!
