I'm a DoorDasher. My experience is as a delivery driver. One of this stores MANAGERS made my experience so bad I won't come back to this store again as a Dasher or customer. Outrageously rude and inconsiderate. When I first got there I went thru the drive thru and was asked to pick my order up inside. When I got inside I encountered a short line of people. I waited until the people had all ordered (took about 25 mins. As a Dasher time is of the essence). Another Dasher had come in by this point. When I approached the counter to talk to someone about my needs I was not just ignored, I wasn't even so much as acknowledged until I finally had to very loudly project my voice to get someone's attention. This is when the manager decided to snap at me. Saying "can't you see we are busy?!' all snotty. To which I promptly replied " yes but that doesn't change the fact that you could still acknowledge me. I'm sorry but I worked fast food myself and customer service is everything. The same manager hid and had another employee grab our orders WHICH WERE ALREADY MADE ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HAND THEM TO US. Absolutely horrible and ruined my mood for hours to come. Funny how employment status makes people act so pompus.
