Panera Bread

I went to get a dozen bagels and the young lady at the front register with the green hair had a bad attitude and to make matters worst about 5 of my bagels were sliced horribly!! I asked for regular cream cheese along with onion and chives and I got honey walnut. Bad attitude and bad service what a shame !

Before Covid the food was good, a touch pricey, and staff was friendly. FORGET ABOUT THAT NOW… not only did they discontinue my favorite sandwich, everything has jumped in price and quality of food has face planted to a whole new low. I can justify the price increase if the quality had remained the same but the way it is now, I simply can’t justify spending over $15 for lunch (for only ONE person). Kitchen staff was loudly and rudely yelling at each other about “I need this” and “that’s not MY job to do that”… it made sitting in restaurant an unpleasant experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

My wife and I have just eaten at Panera's in Amsterdam, NY. This restaurant is no Ionger the one I remember from before the pandemic. I ordered a bowl of soup called Thai chicken. The person taking orders had just upsold the customer in front of me a bowl of soup based oh the size difference of the bowl and the cup. I ordered the bowl because the bowl although the base was half the area of the bowl because the cup would fit entirely into the bowl. The soup filled half the bowl (less than 1/3 of volume of bowl), tasted unlike any other Thai dish I have had (I love Thai cuisine). My portion of the bill was $13.00. I will in the future avoid this restaurant.

I count on Panera bread to be clean ,but today the floors were dirty.Also we ordered unsweetened ice tea and they didn't have any in the dispenser.I told the girl and she was kind enough to pour some in the kitchen,but they didn't put any out the whole time we were there.There were many young girls talking in the kitchen ,I think the manager needs to remind them to always clean and make sure things are full.Panera is expensive for what you get!The food is good but the amount you get is small.

Very nice place for a quick bite, or a relaxing lunch with a friend. Great atmosphere, private enough for a friends to have a personal conversion. Very yummy food and beverage selection! The coffee, don't even get me started, lol, it's wonderful. Really something for everyone, I have yet to try everything. They also provide free WiFi service, so if you're going in for coffee and need to catch up on some business, this is the perfect place to do so. Plenty of seating, spaced very nicely apart. Highly recommend!

So I went into Panera with someone else and she got soup and I got a bread bowl. And a drink of course. When I got my bread bo it was completely burnt. Then after we were in there for a little while. The person I was with was on there computer trying to do work. And I'm not even being dramatic some girls were screaming. And I mean they were like yelling for no reason. It was super loud and not worth it. I mean the drink was the only thing I could tolerate

We placed an order for a to-go pickup and unfortunately we did not notice items were made incorrectly until we arrived home. As it was cold, at night, and rainy, we called the restaurant to report the error. We were told we would be sent a gift certificate with a refund for the food to our address. It has been weeks and we have not received compensation.
