Ruby Tuesday

I have eaten at so many places and never have had the worst experience until now first our waitress brandy C. barely even said a word or came by our table it got to point that other staff were doing things for us and we even had to ask for a waiter. Also the food wasnt good this time we got cold food and barely any sauce on my meal just straight up cheese and coleslaw was just salad no dressing. If i wanted good food i should have made it at home since ive been cooking since 5 years old

A friend and myself stopped by for dinner. We were happily greeted by the hostess who sat us right away. We waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order (for drinks and food). For the last 10 minutes, after waiting we decided that they didn't want our money, so we got up and left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, we called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. We explained what happened and then went to another restaurant nearby. I may or may not give them another chance, were only working in the area for a month and there has been plenty of places in the area that have taken very good care of us that we will be returning to. I gave 2 Stars because the bathroom was clean, the salad bar looked like it would have been good and the hostess was very nice. Update: 4 days later... Gave them another chance. Walked in and receive a cheerful hello. Immediately after sitting our waitress came over and took our drink orders. For dinner, I got the "Triple Play" (ribs, chicken fingers and shrimp). As for the sides I ordered the grilled zucchini and upgraded to the salad bar. The salad bar (7 out of 10) was good. Everything was fresh. The ribs (7 out of 10) choosing Texas dry rub, had good spiced flavor. The grilled zucchini (4 out of 10) was lacking flavor but wasn't horrible. The server (8 out of 10) was great, I'm not sure if you could rate people, but hey... It's part of my experience. Overall I give 4 stars (8 out of 10).
