I went to get coffee young man Alex was working by himself. Working in retail I know customer service. This young man went above and beyond.he kept up with drive thru orders while keeping the customers happy. This young man did an amazing job if you can give this young man an award , pay raise, something that shows he is appreciated. Amazing young man.

This is THE WORST DUNKIN IN ALL AMHERST. You wanna be disrespected and talked about while your ordering your food, GO FOR IT. These CHILDREN WORKING HERE ARE NOT ONLY RACIST, but TROUBLE MAKERS. I HAD AN INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYEE, after being called a “b****” and various other names. All because HE HAD TO ASK HOW I WANTED MY COFFEE 5 times, to STILL GET IT WRONG. 20 minutes later and being called names and disrespected, as the manager says… “good staff is hard to find”….. lmao.. what a JOKE!!
They need to HIT RESET AND GET RID OF ALL OF THE TROUBLED, Amherst youth that works here… seriously. They are losing sooo
