It's a shame they are closing the place down as it has been a staple during my college career. Staff are always friendly and efficient and drink quality is always consistent.

Very friendly staff and lovely space. Layout was solid and fall specials were obvious and perfectly made. Even though it’s part of a chain, it kind of fits with the Amherst vibe.

The customer service is very nice and friendly! I ordered a coffee & caramel frappuccino for the first time, but it was too sweet for me. After I asked them if they can remade it with less sugar and caramel, they were totally fine with that and remade that for me for free. The atmosphere is also very good and quite for studying. I highly recommend this store!

sometimes the baristas take their sweet time but they always get the drink right. so don't go in there if you're in a rush.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. They have space, verses most Starbucks, and I love their drinks other than their coffee.
