There is one employee that works here that went insanely above and beyond. I don't remember what he looks like exactly, but he was a lean looking man sporting a unique cap.
He was going around the restaurant taking care of customers' trash, and was very enthusiastic about helping everyone get what they needed. He was clearly someone who somehow loves his fast food job, and really made the experience a five-star one.

Seems like it’s too hard for this restaurant to read an order and send the correct item. Had to skip lunch cause they sent me meat instead of the black bean item I ordered. Why have meatless options in your menu if you’ll just ignore when someone orders it? If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stood in the lobby for close to 15 minutes with several employees making eye contact, but at no point did anyone actually acknowledge me or ask to take my order. Granted, I came around 5:30pm during dinner rush but the fact that I was ignored is ridiculous. Finally got irritated enough that I left without ordering anything. It would be quicker to go buy ingredients and cook it yourself at this rate.

So I had a large order but not at all q complicated one. Very simple actually and what a disaster. Cashier couldn't be more unpleasant if she tried. Gave me a rolled eye look when asked could I get a handful of sauces put in bag. What's up with all the dreadful ⁷n service as if latet?

The employee in the drive through kept shouting "what??" and confirming the wrong items on my order. Eventually she just gave up, put some things on an order, and told me to move forward. Spent the next several minutes at the open drive through window listening to the employees argue with each other. What was in the bag wasn't even what was on the screen, might as well have been a grab bag of random Taco Bell items.

This is probably the consistently worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, I’d say 9/10 orders are messed up in some way. My last 5 doordashed Taco Bell orders had no hot sauce when I had them on there, always missing drinks, random food, food is horrible quality etc. And for the missing items it is 100% the restaurant because I never have issues with other places. The food was good, but part of our order was missing. The people working there were super friendly though. The good service totally makes up for missing items.

Food is yummy, but I consistently get screwed at the drive thru by being lied to about how busy it is. If you are coming past midnight, it's BUSY. 20+ cars waiting is normal. Be ready for an hour long wait if you come at 1-3am even during weekdays. "Not too busy" headass
