This was my first experience going inside of Dunkin' donuts. The place was clean as I expected. I used the bathroom first which was also clean. I was the only customer in the place and I stood at the counter for approximately 3 minutes before a lady walked by and said I'll be right back. 5 minutes later no one had come back to take my order. That was enough for me. I left quite disappointed. I don't expect this is the norm, but this is what happened.

Very unsanitary, and management won't change. Like, really bad, worst ever. Floors are sticky and black, toilet seat never cleaned, dishes not washed with soap and water (!) nor sanitized 🤢 and staff so nonchalant like no one cares. Because they don't. Carpets never cleaned. Dirt, sand and hair in powdered sugar. Not sure who is washing their hands. And many times closed long before 9pm, the posted closing time.

Love this location near campus. I meet clients here to discuss their wedding over coffee. Always love the wake up wrap and hash browns. Try to change up my coffee choices, always get the french crueller with chocolate drizzle when I want a donut though. Only downside here seems frequent espresso machine breakdown. Hence the 4 instead of 5 for inconvenience, but otherwise great!

Tends to be very busy so I almost always do a mobile order. 90% of the staff are friendly and helpful, only a handful of times did I have rude staff or the order was wrong. They are very good about fixing any mistakes.

This location has consistently screwed up our orders (doesn’t seem to matter what time of day), takes forever with staff standing around and is always out of everything. So disappointing. Can someone from management please intervene and fix your staff and location?

Was craving DD coffee, drove 15 mins our of my way, waited longer then usual, and it was TERRIBLE!! The after taste was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Poured it out and it was loaded withe grinds! Gross!!

It was my first time ordering coffee from Dunkin and the barista was so kind and patient when I asked for suggestions. It wasn’t busy when I went and the coffee was delicious!

The management of this place is clearly lacking because not only is the entire operation a disaster and the likelihood of getting your correct order is slim to none, the employees are miserable and mean. Disappointing every single time.
