Excellent food! I had a steak and onion sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it, very tasty! My husband had the mushroom soup and said it was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic little restaurant. Didn't realise that they were a restaurant as it appears to be a coffee shop during the day. Happened to notice that they had an evening menu whilst wandering around town trying to decide where to eat so decided to give it a try. Probably the best decision of our holiday. Lovely little restaurant, small but varied menu with a couple of additional specials. The food was cooked to perfection. I had braised short rib of beef (one of the specials) which was amazing. The meat was so perfectly cooked I barely need to use a knife and the gravy/sauce was perfect, rich and full of flavour but somehow also light. My wife went for the risotto which was also exceeding well cooked with a fantastic combination of flavours none of which overpowered any of the others. I would highly recommend booking a table when you can as the restaurant is small and within 20 minutes of getting a table it was full. You will not be disappointed.

Perfection. I strongly believe that the michelin guide should give this little restaurant a view. For a starter I took a special which was chili-garlic king prawns. They were cooked to perfection and it was fantastic. My main was the lamb cutlets which was a hit. My fellow diners gave many compliments to the salmon rissoto and the sea bass fillets, also cooked to perfection. The service was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We stopped here on a big walk in the local area. Had a delicious lunch of a steak sandwich and halloumi sandwich and chips. Great quality food, lovely friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere. The perfect lunch stop. Highly recommend!

Lovely little restaurant that you are probably better booking ahead in peak times. They have a limited menu, which to me is good as it usually means good quality and cooked well. Starters were halloumi with dips, and pork belly were nice. The fillet steak for main was seasoned well and of nice quality, maybe slightly more medium than medium rare. The stroganoff tasted lovely, but I thought the steak in that was slightly under seasoned, the rice was like it came from a microwave packet! The sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Quite a limited wine list, but the Rioja was good. Worth a visit overall.

Great little place with attentive and friendly service. We walked in without reservations at 6pm and we were lucky to get a table . I recommend you to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. Food was amazing , fresh and tasty. The only downside was our starter which was fairly small considering the price .

Expertly finds the comfortable space between cosy and special with a welcoming atmosphere that would equally suit dinner with friends or a special occasion. Expert cooking that features locally reared, dry-aged beef, but also has great fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes. Great service completes a very enjoyable evening.

Absolutely out of this world restaurant. The staff are very friendly and cater for all your needs. There’s not one thing at all I could pick fault with. Best dining experience of the last 12 months for me and my wife. Food is incredible everything cooked exactly how it should be… compliments to the chef.
