As before, the sandwiches here are good, and the staff friendly, but their shake machine was STILL not working after nearly a month. This is not good for business. I am fairly certain, however, that the problem is the staff but with parts distribution or something similar.

This place is hardly ever open for dine in. I live an hour away so I don't wanna go through drive thru and wait until I get home and my food is cold.

I came in being a little rude to a lady, when I had red ranch on my Arby's sandwich, I had worked at Arby's before and never had 0ut that on there. She handled it professionally and our whole order was correct which is rare for fast food these days. Thanks guys!

Arby's has to be the slowest place on earth. There were 4 cars in front of us and it took over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. The sandwiches were good, so if you have a bunch of time to kill you will at least get a decent sandwich.

Amazing service!!!! But I will NOT ever AGAIN order the new Phillycheese Steak sandwich. It tasted of a complacent life, just bland and mushy. It seemed like it just slid out of the bag and onto the bread. #bagmeat

The lobby was closed due to the establishment being short staffed but the drive-thru was open.
Fast service, hot food and correctness of the order is what made this place enjoyable. 4 stars due to the lobby not being open.. I will definitely be back!

I know it's not the employee's fault,however the new advertisement for the nuggets over half of them were just breading and the other half had veins and greasel. The manufacturer needs to watch for quality control or they are going to detour potential customers. Also the breading NEEDS seasoning other than that they have potential to be great.
