I don’t favor leaving unfavorable reviews to chains I usually enjoy. Drive through only. All of the sodas were flat. No ketchup was given and it was asked for twice that we get ketchup. Chicken was dry. Won’t be back to the location. Went on 7-11-22 @ 1:30pm

I’ve been a customer since the week this store opened on Amarillo. I love Chicken Express. Never had a bad experience until today. Placed my order. They said it would be 5 min wait because of heating some rolls. I said fine. 27 min later I got my order. Entire meal was cold. Chicken pieces were bad and stringy with lots of breading and weren’t fresh. Okra was old and cold. Coleslaw container was 1/3 full. It will be a long time before I return. Lots of much better chicken options in Amarillo.

They barely was able to hear my order. And the drive thru menu only had of it to see. Plus, it's took them a long time to get my order and I had 4 cars behind me in the drive thru..

I love eating their tenders meal from there it is great and the staff were very friendly with us too and we also got 2 cherry pies and they were delicious and we would go back there too.

Amarillo, I 40 and grand. I ordered a #6 spicy wings. Not what I got. I got chicken nuggets, calling them boneless wings. They didn't want to serve us, really rude. It's Monday, 12-6-21 at 4:50 pm. I hope you know the employees.

Got the Monday special. Two catfish fillets and two chicken strips with mashed potatoes.
The service was super fast and the food was great. Good price also.

We got the family meal. The chicken was nice and crispy. The rolls were on point. The mash potatoes and gravy were OK but the corn on the cob tasted old. Probably would avoid that in the future. It wasn't bad though.
