El Tejavan

I'd like to start by complimenting the waitresses. They were very polite and very attentive. The place was very neat and clean and the fresh flowers on each table is a very nice touch. We started with drinks and we got agua fresca de piña. The equivalent of fresh squeezed orange juice but pineapple. It was refreshing. The food was amazing, I had been here before and both times the food has tasted so delicious. The chips were warm and the salsa was perfect. Tacos de Birria, and Fajitas de Trio are really good. The tortillas taste and have the texture as if they're homemade. I definitely recommend you dine at El Tejavan!

I am new in the area and I stopped by this restaurant to have breakfast, I don't have any complaints about the food served everything was real good and fresh, the service also very friendly the only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because of the cost. I understand that everything is going up in price, but our earnings so I felt it was a little bit to much. I definitely recommend this restaurant to the public.

The worst place to go get a fajita trio!!! I order the fajita trio and what i got was four pieces of steak, five pieces of chicken and four shrimp that look like they belonged on the kids menu. Nothing like I expected! Wife ordered the two choice fajitas and she had a whole cut up steak and a whole cut up chicken. Nothing like mine!!! This place es no Bueno in my opinion.

Mexican food? It does have Mexican dishes but still needed improvement in the way the tortillas are offered not customized nor is the salsa. Both need to be worked on to make it a more Mexican Food Restaurant. Ok, I saw your response, and let me be more specific about the tortillas in Mexico a tortilla as huge as yours is not found probably in every Mexican restaurant. The salsa if it's not hot it's not Mexican yours is not. I stopped by to have a meal and I was 90% satisfied I will be honest. I am from a traditional state of Mexico which we call "De La Provincia Mexicana" I've just been here for 2 years. Don't take it wrong just see it as a constructive observation of your business.
