Started with a couple of Moscow Mules, they were strong and excellent. We had the Duck Bacon for an appetizer, it was good, but a little pricey for how much you get. The entres were the 15 day aged Ribeye and the Salmon, both were cooked to perfection and delicious. The ribeye was huge! For desert, it was the mint chocolate chip creme brulee, the sugar on top was burned and that gave the whole thing a weird after taste. It was a miss for desert, but they have other options that are good that we have had before. Service was great, good pacing for all the courses. Overall a great experience.

Prices were great for such a trendy place. Two bars, lots of wine selections and even cigars. When this places gets found, all the hipsters will be lined up.

We had a very good experience. Great service, very nice atmosphere. I had the wild caught salmon and my wife had the smoked pork chops. Both were outstanding. We also had the lamb chops as an appetizer and highly recommend those as well.

Copper Fire is an upscale and very hospitable restaurant I enjoy visiting regularly. The staff will take great care of you. I have been here many times and enjoy it like it's my first. The selection of wine and liquor is amazing and their food is full of flavor.

My friend and I dined for dinner. Restaurant was not very crowded for a weekend evening so we were somewhat apprehensive that we had not made a good choice. We were pleasantly surprised though by the service and food. Our server was somewhat of a novice to serving but she made up for inexperience with attentive service. Steak and seafood were excellent. A bit disappointed in the toffee pudding cake dessert. We expected it to be served warm in the way Gordon Ramsay serves a similar dessert at his restaurants. However this was served at room temp. Would have been better warmed. All in though, it was a great meal.

We had the most marvelous Sunday Brunch at Copper Fire Grill. The brunch menu is unique with tempting entrees. We started with a sorbet Mimosa. It was delightfully refreshing. We ordered the New Mexico omelette with red and green sauce...superb! We received excellent service from our server. The atmosphere has a relaxing ambiance and yet is casual and comfortable.

We have always loved eating at Copper Fire in the past. We loved taking out of town guests for brunch and always had a good experience from the food to the staff. So when my friends wanted to throw me a party I selected CopperFire. We had the worst experience from the staff to the food, lots of miscommunication with the staff. The food was so cold you could pick the mashed potatoes up in one clump. The night of the party they were under staffed and not prepared for the party that was planned in advance. All of the staff and owner were very rude. I was so disappointed as I’ve raved and suggested to so many friends in the past. I’ll never go again, they turned a beautiful night into a disaster and didn’t even care. Not to mention the amount of money that was spent.

We now have an alternative for Sunday brunch! What a find. The Build Your Own Benedict was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, with asparagus and some of the best potatoes I've encountered here. The Bar offered an incredible Spicy Bloody Mary complete with all the veggies. Fresh OJ and robust coffee round out the selection. Just off Georgia on Civic Street, I highly recommend the Copper Fire Grill for Sunday Brunch.
