The young lady at register was very nice. I ordered a number 1. They put lots of onions that wrre NOT requested. The buns were not toasted correctly and the meat was undercooked. I didn't finish it. My sister's burger was cold. We didn't complain. Oh well we survived. Doubt we'll stop there again.....Amarillo off hwy 27.

Worst Whataburger in Texas!
This Whataburger had no ketchup in my visit, and I had a Whataburger classic with cheese without cheese. I went to the counter, and they tried to fix it just adding a slice of cold cheese. The tea was hot and not sweet, and a guy was complaining loud about the fact they had the order wrong.

Worst service ever! Manager, Rejeanay, shrugged off our 30 minute wait as "We've been behind all day". Instead of going in back and helping and motivating crew, she walked around doing nothing and set the poor example for the other staff, many of whom were also doing nothing while we waited. The food was great as usual, but the wait and attitude were horrid!!! I've never had such bad service at the many Whataburgers I've eaten at for years

Love their green chili burger. The food always tastes fresh and the workers were very courteous. Drive through lines were a little confusing and didn't leave much room for through traffic.

I have always loved whataburger. However today was the worst experience I have ever had at one our favorite fast food restaurants. First of the billboard advertised a Dr. Shake. Their machine was broke. It took over 15 minutes to get our food and when we did the burgers were cold. This is not typical of Whatabuger.

My food was good, but gravy watery. So took for ever to respond and bathroom, ladies was a total disaster, tolet paper all over floor, tolet nasty, sink nasty. Tables were dirty, floor was very dirty. Bad experience.

We had really slow service. When we got our food it was over done and dry. I was looking forward to eating there since I don't live by a Whataburger anymore. My husband and son had to go to Mc Donald's because some homeless made a mess in the Men's restroom.

No matter what time I've gone I've waited in line 20-45 min. The last time I left the line. I've only been 4 times to this location and will not be returning. My food was not what I ordered and it was cold.
