Dunkin'

I don't frequent Dunkin' since I do not enjoy coffee. However, yesterday I needed some sustenance and after ordering a mouth watering bacon egg and cheese, I accidentally started to drive away from the window without my credit card. The amazing employee nearly jumped out of the window to make sure that I did not leave without my credit card. I am not sure I agree that America runs on Dunkin, but rather kindness, and that is what I found at Dunkin: kindness. Thank you!

Made an on the go order to pick up inside ro avoid the drive through line just to find out the lobby was closed. We had to wait in drive through for 15 min. As a result our food was cold and had to have them remake it all. Call ahead to be sure the lobby is open before you mobile order. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Deseray at the window handed my coffee out the window, to the lady in the previous car. Then when we got to the window and paid for the $20 order both coffees were made wrong. I told her that I did not want the coffee that the lady in the car in front of me just touched. She told me that it was fine and shut the window. The service and quality of products and employees at this location are poor at best. Handing the same coffee out the window, and refusing to fix the issue while saying "it's fine", especially during coronavirus was wrong.

Always seems to be a disappointment going here doesn't get much simpler than making coffee and yet these rejects manage to still do it wrong. Went here ordered just two coffees and two donuts I know sounds difficult i get to the window and they have me pay then I see the receipt is not at all what I had ordered and so I informed the employee she then walks off gets a manager who then charges me again this time for my actual order all in all sat at the window holding up the line for good 10+ minutes then finally get to leave and my coffee was made completely wrong along with my girlfriends her donut was also extremely stale so all in all save your money theres an aromas right down the road that i can say actual gives good service and better product
