Great food the drive thru is always open the store is a hit or miss so beware

I love Dunkin can't miss a day without it.. But this place is a hit or miss.. Some days you can enter the store and some days you can't. Always a long line from 8am-10am and then from 2pm to about 4pm packed again.

Location needs better transparency with their hours. Even though they're open at 5:30am, their lobby doesn't open until 9am. So those without vehicles beware

I really think comments can help improve, but unfortunately not even a comment could express how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with the service and coffee at this place. The cashier sold us latte and cappuccino as the same thing, the store chooses the amount of sugar in our beverages (super sweet by the way) and finally she throws our donuts in the bag. Not nice at all.

Make sure you literally open your sandwich before eating I just found hair in my bacon egg and cheese croissant. And of course no one answering the phone to make a complaint.

Why do they have coffee plugs if they never put them in? They should go back to the old lids or have their workers ensure they put them in before handing them off to us spilling all over everything!

Always understaffed and walk in is always closed during peak time. Store looks run down and non inviting on the inside unlike like other locations I've visited that are brightly lit and inviting. This location is in desperate need of attention. Or needs to be closed.
