Quick and friendly. They got the order right. Inside the dining area was a little cluttered with boxes on the tables and water stained ceiling tiles and water induced peeling paint on the ceiling. That took away a star since those issues aren't common at other Starbucks locations I've visited.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I forgot my card there yesterday, found out it was there, and my wife went to pick it up today. The manager and staff complained about how much time it takes to open the safe. They even went so far as to say "people should call ahead" openly complaining to each other. Why is there so much grief when there is no one in line inside or in the drive thru? If they were packed to the gills, would they have even answered the phone? Better question: why is this an issue?

Hit the drive thru before heading to the Smokies!We enjoyed our food and drinks, they did a good job taking the order and getting it all exactly right. My cream danish was warm and toasted perfect.

The lady was very happy to highly customize my drink. I want a peppermint Mocha half the sugar and all the fat. So she used heavy cream and skinny mocha sauce.

Excellent little Starbucks. Located right across from an airport, walkable distance from the La Quinta & Comfort inn suites, it's also nestled beside a long strip of restaurants. So it's a great place to wait to if you're staying in that area. The staff is friendly and personable. There is a seasonal outdoor seating area. In particular, I had a staff member fix my order because it had too much cream in it. I usually don't request that and felt a little nervous asking, but he didn't even blink an eye and was very gracious!

Awesome service. They tend to be out of all sandwich’s. So if you’re looking for just coffee you’re good. Food? You may need to be prepared to live off caffeine.

They have both indoor nad outdoor seating. Good place for studying and working. Store is very clean and store staff is very friendly.

There are the sweetest baristas at store, my coffee wasn’t quite right but they were more than happy to fix it for me.
