I found this place on yelp because we drove long distance with our kids through this Japanese restaurant near Route 40, I ordered food online at 2:00pm, I had to bubble at 3:10 to drive here, when I arrived At that time, our order still had a little problem and was cancelled. But the kind-hearted little handsome guy made a new one for us when they were resting, and we are very grateful in our hearts. Let me eat love food even on long trips. The food is delicious, the boss is handsome and kind, I wish the restaurant business is booming!

My friend and I ordered the Tonkatsu and Chicken Karaage curries :) service was friendly and attentive, but inside seating is a little crowded. The food was delicious, albeit the curry-rice-meat proportions could use some adjustments, with more rice and curry to pair with the amount of meat :) overall good experience, will definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu!

The price is fair to the portion of the food. The curry is very subtle in flavor but not bland. The potato croquettes were crunchy but also so soft like potato pillows. Everyone in our group love their dish. You can also order on the QR code so it’s very convenient. It’s a pretty small place and there was a line at 1pm. The menu for lunch and dinner is different so if you want ramen you want the dinner menu

I went during lunchtime. The interior is very minimalist which I really like. They have a QR code on the table for the menu. They do not serve ramen during lunch. I ordered the fried chicken tender curry. Wait time was reasonable and the quality of the food was immaculate! There was so much chicken! Cooked well and flavorful. The curry had just the right amount of spice and a little sweetness to it which I like. The waiter was very attentive and nice.

Great delicious Japanese restaurant! Get there early as a line already started to form outside a few minutes before the place was even open. The staff is very friendly. When were there, they had us scan qr code and for the menu and you order the food on your phone. An interesting system, but it works and the food comes out fast. The ramen was delicious and big enough to share which is what we did. I recommend potato croquettes and the cucumber salad as well. The mackerel was the only dish we didn’t love. Overall we had a great experience at this establishment and definitely look forward to coming back soon! Scores (out of 5): Food: 5 Atmosphere:4 Service:5 Price/Value:4 Score: 18/20 ⭐️4.5

We were greeted and seated accordingly, a little hiccup happened with their payment system but the waiter generously assured our order with the kitchen. The space is small, so be prepared for the staff to pass by with little room to spare. The food came within 20 minutes. The plating was excellent and pleasing to the eye. My partner and I got the Tonkatsu pork and karaage chicken curry with a small side salad. The main entree was crunchy and full of classic panko flavor. The curry and rice were a little too small for the amount of meat, but still delicious. The side salad was wonderful to look at and okay to eat, it was a little light on dressing. Overall, a great meal. Portions are decent but not outrageous. On the yum scale, this meal rates a 87/100, but for the sake of the google review, I will be giving this meal 4 stars.

Tiny little restaurant, but it is completely worth waiting in line. I have been back multiple times and the food is just so good. Note that the menu at night is different from the lunch menu and I have only had the ramen. The ramen is out of this world with the pork and I absolutely love the spicey leeks! They have great texture and flavor. Service has always been prompt and polite. Please note that this place inside is very small and if you have a group of more than 4, you will be sitting at different tables.

Dinner menu only offers noodles, be aware you might want to visit at lunch time~ Ramen base super salty....may taste better if they half the salt. Squirt tastes great but small portion, which is fine for 4 bucks. Service is nice but takes 10-20min long after ordering. Plus 20min waiting for a table, if you have a bigger group/bad luck. Snacks around look charming, right? I agree! But remember you can get same thing much cheaper from Talin :p

Have eaten here a couple of times. I didn't realize that they changed menus in the afternoon, so I got stuck with ramen this time, but I absolutely love their Curry with the chicken cutlets. Definitely recommend. Don't recommend the ramen with lemon tho.

Best Japanese food in the city hands down. Curry I can compare to cities across the US that serve Japanese curry. Family owned and staff is friendly respectful and always courteous. It does get super busy, no matter when you come but beyond worth the wait! 😁
