Dunkin'

They made my order wrong at drive thru and I get mistakes happen but had she repeated it back to me it would have only taken a few seconds and helped with accuracy. I always order my drink the same so for the girl to snap at me and tell me what I had ordered was something different irritated me because it wasn't what I always order and they make correct at every other Dunkin. My one star review is not because of a mistake I could care less its because of the nasty attitude I received when I said my order was incorrect and the fact the girl continued to be rude and thought she would talk about me to another employee with the window open in clear view. For what I pay Dunkin yearly for iced lattes I prefer them to be correct and I always tip but not for nasty attitude Kate who should find a job that isn't in customer service. And this Dunkin I won't stop at again.

I don't go here alot but it's the only dunkin open early and i don't go right when they open either its usually 40 min after they have been open. When the younger girl works everything seems to be ready for business. When the older woman works the latte machine isn't working yet she can't make avocado toast yet. Although when i get my coffee it is good it would be nice to order what i really want instead of having to order something i don't want.

Today I pulled in and there was a full line, a full parking lot, and people were honking at each other trying to get in and out. I can only imagine what it looked like inside. I feel like I normally cruise right through the drive through and they always get my order right (Dunkin lovers know what a big deal that is haha). The workers are so pleasant and it's something that I really appreciate when I go. Especially when it's obvious that they are extremely busy and probably feeling overwhelmed.

Please, please, please train your staff that quality is as important as expediency. I’ve only been to this DD a couple of times, but each time I’ve gotten either burnt OR undercooked/cold food. The staff sees its burnt, don’t use it!! If it isn’t cooked properly, don’t serve it. Otherwise, the staff who takes drive through orders is very friendly and the only reason this got more than 1 star.
