Starbucks

This Starbucks says they close at 9 PM and they were closed before this time. If your hours are as set, I expect that they are followed. But, unfortunately, customers like myself who drive to this location come to a closed store when it was said to close at another time. If the hours have been changed, please update the hours so that customers as myself can be made aware. I thought it was an issue with the hours set on Google, but I also confirmed on the Starbucks app that it’s expected to close at 9 PM. I’m not sure why they are closed early, but I would appreciate a response as to why.

UPDATE: enormous improvement over the last time I posted. Staff is largely pretty great... however there are the occasional train wrecks (such as the barista who didn't know how to clear finished orders from the system so instead of serving the drinks he just let them collect behind the counter)... But most of the time it's a good experience and the more experienced staff are genuinely friendly and helpful so I'll even go out of my way to visit this location instead of others ... BUT I still recommend giving yourself alot of time - nurses from the hospital will frequently place huge orders and monopolize the staff and create drama while also blocking any access to the pickup counter. My advice: place your order ahead of time and don't be afraid to muscle in there to get your drink.

I work a few stores down from this location, so I order from Starbucks more often than I should. Orders come out right for me all the time, and if they don't have something they don't charge me for it. I've even been given free gift cards for a reimbursement! Great place to stay for a bit, just remodeled too.
