Our first meal was lunch and we were not happy with the service. Next day at breakfast we were lucky to be serviced by Vishal and Shubham. Their courteous nature and prompt service made our holiday at Holiday Inn Agra a memorable experience.

Absolutely loved the food and service here ! Went for dinner and went for A La Carte. Buffet costs about ₹1590/- including tax as the staff says. As we went for quick dinner, ordered mutton biriyani, chicken biriyani, steamed basmati rice with home style chicken curry. Every dish tasted yumm. Loved plain rice and home style chicken curry with curd the best ! Exactly what i needed after spending hours visiting Taj Mahal in the heat, draining our energy. The staffs were courteous and the service was top notch. Oh and i must say, their washrooms are the best I’ve been to in ages! Definitely 5 stars for service & maintenance
