I visited this location again today.
Pros: Food is always hot, and if there's a mistake they'll fix it. You can skip the drive thru line and use the app to order.
Cons: Severely understaffed, the lobby is closed for dining and the drive thru line is long and almost always backed up onto South Main St. So be patient or use the app to order ahead, then skip the line and pull into the South parking lot and call for your curbside order to be brought out.
These employees seem happy, but understaffed means overworked. They need a proper raise.
Remember, they're employees and not the owners so be patient and kind. It helps to know what you're ordering ahead of time if you're in a rush.

Zipped off the freeway and over to the drive-thru for some fries and a Pepsi.
Fries were excellent, but when your Pepsi tastes a bit like rootbeer something is wrong. Does KFC even offer rootbeer? If not, then you may want to calibrate your fountain drink station. Strange... just sayin'
The girl at the drive-thru window was bright, happy, and cheerful!

Honestly my only criticism and point for doing just 3 stars is the wait time. It takes on average at about 10 minutes to get food, it feels like the equivalent of eating in a average restaurant. I do understand that they may be understaff (although it doesn’t appear that they are). But that would be my only gripe about this location. The food is as good as any other KFC, if you can handle the wait :)

We ordered a 16 PC bucket we got 4 sides with it.... so our sides were 2 mashed potatoes with gravy... green beans, baked beans 2 xta coleslaw and 2 more mashed potatoes and gravy....we get our order and we have 4 mashed potatoes no gravy. 1 coleslaw, green beans and baked beans... so we are missing 2 coleslaw, 4 gravy...

Same issue here as always. Incorrect order fulfillment and sub par food. If inside was open I am sure the dining area would be dirty and greasy as always. Thank you staying consistent, lesson learned.

Asked for honey for biscuits but got none. Didn't bother putting napkins in bag either. Not to mention they completely left out the coleslaw on our $ 23.00 family meal.
