Sweet Frog Addison

Went in this evening, the place was clean, service was good and the man running the register was friendly. While we were there a younger man came in looking like he needed a place to get out of the heat. He sat in a corner and kept refilling the sample cup. He looked a little down on his luck. The employee (manager) offered him a cup to fill so he could have something to cool off and fill up. He was shocked and appreciative. It was heartwarming to see a business that cares about the community and be kind to strangers. Great place and great people!!

The funny thing about this place is that it has a huge “Now Open” sign in the front, but when you walk in it literally looks like a tornado came through - old yogurt on the floor, at the bottom of the dispensers that nobody bothered to clear up. Prices went up to - paid $20 for two small bowls that were half filled. Flavor is what you’d expect at any fro yo place, but the mess was something to behold 😬

This was probably the worst frozen yogurt I’ve had. It’s so watery and icy with hardly any flavor. Plus, although the place looked clean, it smelled of this horrible mix of fabuloso cleaner and sewage thanks to a sewer out front that must be in baaaad shape. I couldn’t finish my yogurt and actually considered asking for a refund.

The girl who works the day shift during the week is an absolute doll! Always friendly and helpful. I work in a dental office close by and she is always interested in how my day is going. She makes it a very kind and inviting atmosphere. The yogurt is amazing ...lots of choices and toppings but the girl with the awesome attitude will always bring me back! Thanks !
