I frequent this McDonald's and to be honest it's not that great. Probably the slowest location I have ever been to. And I'm saying this from experience as a fast food worker. I work for McDonald's for 6 years and I was an overnight manager and knowing what goes on behind the counter, I understand that they have a lot that they need to get together. The management needs more training on how to train their employees on sense of urgency and efficiency.

This location is top notch at lunchtime, moving folks throught the drive-through quickly and accurately, and with a friendly attitude. The night crew couldn't care less. My drink cup wasn't full, and neither were my first, which were very nearly cold. I waited in line for 18 minutes, and there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived.
Do better, y'all.

Food is nice and fresh during lunch hour. Speedy service. The lady that hands you your food acts polite and asks if you're having a good day, then when you respond acts like you're crazy, bit besides that lady it's good food and service.

I mean, the food is good but the service is always trash. The lobby is almost always closed, they usually have 1 or 2 people working. If you have food missing you have to go all the way to the back of the drive-thru and wait again to get it. The people always have a terrible attitude and are screaming/fighting... but, it's the only placed opened when I get off work, so I have started to think of it as my own personal soap-opera and go just to get a laugh.

Happy they kept breakfast a bit longer than the usual time... It was busy, they made a mistake with my order, they fixed it and gave me a little something for the mistake. They seemed well staffed but maybe new people... Running like chicken without head. Causing order mistakes... Mine wasn't the only mistake. At least i didn't have to wait half an hour for my order like in some other McDonald's lately.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra patty and no salt on fries and another spicy chicken sandwich. They didn’t add extra patty, and fries had salt and were cold. Came back for the sandwich and they re-did the order but instead of extra patty they put a lot more buffalo sauce. Checked in parking lot and came back, but was told I ate it (lol), and they refused a refund for the sandwich. Horrible service.

So this location has good days and bad days. Sometimes you can be in and out of the drive thru in 3-5 min and sometimes it may be 10 or so. The service has always been friendly too. If you're in a hurry you may want to hit up the Chick-fil-A next door

Great service and clean. Just didn't have any kids for my grandkids to play with. Overall though it was great. They loved it
