I ordered 2 classic burgers and 1 ultimate burger, both burgers had weird, earthy herb funny tastes. Fries were ok but overall portions were small, both the burgers and fries. More so, they said they would deliver in 40 mins. But they were 20 mins late and the food was cold by the time they delivered it. 1st and last time for me.

The portion is unbelievable small, both burger as well as the amount of fries. Definitely not worth the price, even tho the taste was okey. Upon delivery they wanted for me additional charge for customisation even tho they didn't ask me before if I agree for it! So what should I do if I don't want to pay extra? When the poor delivery guy is in front of my door. Also the local it's literally 2 min walk from my building and tho I was waiting 45 minutes to delivery!

I ordered the ultimate burger along with the french fries. I have tried other burgers such as mexican and classic burger earlier aswell.<br/><br/>The patty was juicy and had it share of greens aswell. It was really good.

Burger Live is a regular spot for us - the food is affordable, cooked to our liking and the staff are always so nice! We always feel well taken care of. If you're looking for somewhere affordable and quick, definitely drop by!

Consider this more of cafeteria food like seashells food... everything is frozen and fried and stuffed into a bun. <br/>It's not bad food... it's reasonably priced and you get what you pay for basically. You can't expect a gourmet burger for AED15 and it comes with fries too!

Ordered a sandwich considering it to be at par with McD or Burgerking. Was wrong as they use Saadia chicken nuggets in it. French fries were so hard to eat. Appearance of a restaurant does make a difference but for the first order only. Packaging was good though, but i ordered a sandwich to eat, so no point wasting money on packaging if your main products are not as expected.

A place call its self "Burger live" that his own burger is lacking standards of burgers. Defrosted food (Chicken, meat, fries). And the cheese which is used is just another story. It feels when you write such review but it feela worsr when you feel ur money was wasted for nothing

Since I've never tried this place before I thought I'd get my son, who's going through an everything ketchup and fries phase, a kid's meal. With tje discount, it seemed like a good deal, small chicken burger, smiley fries and chicken popcorn, and a small sprite which I asked to be juice. Food arrived before expected time.<br/>However, I was disappointed. They forgot the drink, fries were half portion of curly fries, and only 3 nuggets not popcorn as described.<br/>let's say we'll let that pass, but to get Sadia frozen chicken nuggets and pattie? I mean I guess I should have ordered McDonald's!

Their service was prompt and friendly. Although the food comes with mixed responses.. The wrap I got was done very well. Gave real. Promise to trying out the burger I got. But the expectation was maybe too high. I expecting a fresh patty, didn't feel too fresh though definitely not made for the day. Regardless it was a good burger, juicy and sloppy, would have been better if it was fresh though

Tried them for the first time last night and asked the staff's recommendation so I ended up ordering the classic beef and chicken double patty burgers. I wouldn't mind at all paying AED 38 for a burger so AED 76 for 2 burgers if they actually tasted good or even OK. I had a single bite of each burger and that was it. The spices they use in the frozen meat is horrible. The greens they put over the patties are almost rotten. By far the worst tasting burgers I have ever had. And for the price point, I didn't even get a Fils of what i paid for. If there was any rating less than 1.0 I would surely use.

Today was my second time to try this restaurant and I absolutely love it, and would highly recommend it! Served food tastes just like home-made food, clean, fair prices, and the staff is very friendly.. Visited this place recently with my wife after the recommendation of a friend. Let me start by saying I would not recommend this to my enemy. We ordered the Mexican Chicken Burger and the Penne Arabiatta with a tomato based gravy. This was after the staffs recommendation. The food took about half an hour to arrive. The chicken patty used in the Burger was clearly Frozen and not fresh. All I could taste was ketchup and tobasco with a sorry piece of meat. The Penne Arabiatta was penne tossed with ketchup and one fresh basil leave to give the illusion of freshness. I would've rated this 1 but .5 extra for the helpful staff. <br/><br/>Recommendation: Avoid

Clean place, nice staff, fast delivery, but the catch is: tiny portions and expensive, burger is 3 bites, fries fresh and crunchy but still you leave hungry, pizza is thin which is good, but they add half pepperoni on each slice, unbelievable, shrimps: they call it prawns on menu, its tiny small frozen shrimps, 12 pieces each size of coin cost 36 dirhams, Greek salad is so small, 4 green leaves, 2 onion slices, cucumber, black olives, and 1 cube of feta cheese, seriously 1 piece of cheese.<br/>Good if you don't have another option, and you eat birds portions.

Disappointed <br/>Food nice but left still hungry as portions, even for my wife (who I always normally have to eat her second half of meal) were too small. My “Bigger Better Burger” was also lacking the promised Bigger. <br/>Fancy shop and packaging is nice but you can’t eat that just pay for it.<br/>Even a lovely loyalty card is disappointing as not only can you not use it for delivery but they won’t add points taking your receipt into the shop after.

I tried it out for the first time yesterday. The decoration of the place is nice and cozy. We had classic chicken burger and khaleeji burger, both of which were delicious. The staff are really nice and welcoming, they offered us cake while waiting for our order. It's nice to have a place like this in JVC. Definitely recommend it and will visit again soon.

I loved the place and the food at the start, but now regretting ever since they keep changing their menu with pricing. <br/><br/>I ordered for a thai red chicken curry with steam rice, Any restaurant you order this dish the rice comes with the curry. Whatever the price may be. Which was the case before, this dish was 28aed with the rice . After a week I order, the curry and rice is charged separately which is still fine. <br/>But I got so furious when they charge such a small and tiny box of steam rice "aed 16" now the total of these 2 boxes and 38 bucks!!! ridiculous . I will not complain on the taste but the pricing is so bad If this continues and the restaurant owner himself Mr. Mubarak said himself tht he has taken permission for Municipality to hike only this dish ???? And he says he still doesn't cover the cost of rice ??? Like really ? <br/><br/>Anyhow, I would highly suggest anyone ordering from here to check their quantity and pricing before they go ahead.
