ordered food at 5:03pm. it's 7:40pm right now... and nobody is answering the phone on their end to at least let us know what's going on. That's poor customer service. Never heard of waiting for a meal for almost 3 hours. First impressions are important and you guys definitely downgraded your reputation.

1st time tried authentic African cuisine. It was a mixed experience.<br/><br/>Food Quality:2.5/5<br/>Quantity:3.5/5<br/>Service:4/5<br/>Value for money: 2.5/5<br/><br/>Ordered:<br/>Actually I called them and asked them to send me authentic dishes. They have sent<br/><br/>Peppersoup:<br/>It was actually a beef curry contains stomach and meet. liked it.<br/><br/>Semo: Rice doe.<br/><br/>Egusi+Chicken:<br/>Never tasted fish egg cooked with chicken. Egg was smelly. tasted better egg items. if it wasn't smelly customers should like the dish.<br/><br/>Considering quality and quantity price could have been less.

I have tried a couple of African Restaurants and i decided to try prime chef for a change, what attracted me was the FREE DELIVERY!!! My order took a long time to be delivered which was fine as they are all the way in International city. I ordered for a plate of Jollof rice and Poundo with Ogbono. <br/><br/>The food came in good condition and was hot even with how long it took to get to me. However, i did not like the portions for the assorted meat in both the Jollof and Poundo, if I paid 32dhs in Biggie's restaurant for Poundo  i would have gotten a better deal. In addition, the food was a little bit salty i wont have complained if the Jollof rice wasn't also salty, they can cut down on the salt.<br/><br/>But I will still order again their food has the traditional Nigerian taste and I appreciate that. Overall i am impressed they deliver and the food actually tastes like what i am used to. <br/><br/>Great Job guys

If you are missing home food (Nigerian) they are the people to call. They take a while to deliver which is understandable, seeing as they are in International city, but they can improve on their timings though<br/><br/>However on countless occasions they do forget to give cutlery, I have no idea what I am meant to eat the food with so.........<br/><br/>The food is good. I always have the Jollof rice and chicken and their chickens are huge!!! Their Jollof rice is not all that but it's still nice. But their peppered beef and peppered fish........ Uff!!!--- it's good and tasty not as much pepper as you would expect but still on point. Also their Nkwobi fit take you go heaven bring you back. <br/><br/>Their service is average not too friendly not so rude... It's actually an ideal Nigerian restaurant situation, you don't get into their business they don't get into yours.<br/><br/>So overall, good food to a point because I have not tasted everything on the menu. Average customer service, but there is also room for improvement. One thing they have helping them, that I noticed among my friends, is the fact that they have free delivery.<br/><br/>Prime Chef,you guys dey try and you people should seriously try that Nkwobi!!!

In my quest to try restaurants in international city I visited 2 nights ago. I had Egusi with semolina. A totally new experience for me the "soup" was nice and spicy without being overpowering. The beef was tough and difficult to cut with knife provided but generally good. I will certainly visit again.
