This branch is much different than their other branches and has ample seating and parking space.<br/>The drink and dessert quality is top notch, service was quick and the ambience is just beautiful.<br/>DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

The pancakes here were extremely delicious and absolutely loved them the pancakes looked like something interesting and wanted to try it and I have to say it lived upto my expectations

Horrible place I have ever visited in Dubai .. full of mosquitoes /flies , we could not sit relaxlly to have deserts , some how we tried to have ice cream & deserts but immediately my kids started vomiting ..<br/>I would never reccomend anyone to go there & waste money/time & suffer your & your families health..

Recently visited ice lab for the first time. To begin with there was ample parking available and a person waiting outside for those who wanted their orders delivered in the car. Once inside we used a deal on 'botim' to get 1 milkshake for free when we bought 1. We ordered the pistachio and nutella milkshake both of which were good. There was healthy portion of cream on it and with the botim deal, its good pricing too. We sat inside the store and all our requests were taken care of but the responses seemed slow and not welcoming. I think the staff are more used to serving in cars than serving seated customers. Nonetheless the shakes were nice and botim deal is useful.

A very horrible experience which i had at this place! I always used to visit Ice lab for all our sweets cravings and we took a lot of friends and family here as well; i do not even remember how many times i visited here - many be 15 or more times and in Al quoz and nad al hammar branches and tired almost everything on the menu!<br/><br/>Until yesterday when I decided to NEVER EVER come back here!<br/><br/>We ordered Nutella Sushi crepe and cheese & chips paratha!<br/><br/>1st the waiter took wrong order and got us normal sushi crepe instead - when we asked to change since he brought the wrong item, he argued but agreed to change; he brought the right order of Nutella Sushi Crepe which was a disaster! maybe he was taking a revenge out on us for rejecting the previous order or whatever the reason was! The crepe or brownie was DRY and seemed like 3 days old - and only very little chocolate on the top (not like there usual orders) - I have attached picture where you can zoom in a see the quality and content of chocolate toppings; <br/><br/>I asked them about the chocolate and then they got me a extra - which also took time to bring;<br/><br/>2nd we had ordered for Cheese and Chips Paratha - but they got us only cheese paratha - <br/><br/>Their service levels have decreased to a level of mere disappointment! Such an unwelcoming behavior! I do have several options of the same menu content in the UAE market but i chose to visit them - but now i would never ever visit this place ever! <br/><br/>When they cant value their clients and keep up their good service levels then i think they do not deserve loyalty!

Decided to give this a go again and tried the usual favourite - Kinder crepes (AED 25) and Ferrero milkshake (AED 30). Love the portions and presentation, however it falls flat on taste. Milkshake could have been more thicker/creamier.

The Maki Crepe was an amazing dish to crave my sweet tooth. The dish beautifully combined raspberry, chocolate brownies and ganache. The plating could have been improved. It looked like a tray. The raspberry crepe was a good twist in the dessert and the blue crepe was truly a delight. <br/>The Fettuccine Crepe was another dish and a chocolaty delight. The crepe in the form of pasta easily gets caught around your fork giving you a gourmet feel. The drizzle of chocolate and playing style just makes you want to dig in. <br/>The Mixed Berry Mojito was a cool drink that goes amazingly well to water down the sweet dishes they offer. A true refresher and gives you the jolt you need.<br/>The cafe had places to sit and enjoy your meal with friends and family. <br/>Great location and an amazing food. Maybe invest in more seats and outdoor seating.

Interiors was good.we reached there around 1 am.brand new place.to start with lotus crepe.it was yum.lotus sauce and crepe was perfect combination.next up,nutella pancakes.i would say it average because few pan cakes were over cooked.few were not very soft.was not up to the mark.we ordered spanish latte.it was good.milkshakes we ordered majority were nutella milkshake,which was above average.good quantity 1 can be shared among 2 people.and finally lotus milk shake was good too.i would say price is bit high.service needs more improvement.orders took time to serve.the server was very caring and excellent.

We ordered this as a takeaway and the delivery was quite fast. They have a wide range of desserts and milkshakes for those with a sweet tooth and wanting to just smother themselves in chocolate. Each dessert was divine from their crepe to their waffles, pancakes and milkshakes. Definitely reccommend this to anyone who wants to indulge in some sweet sweet dessert.

A grab and go Ice cream and milkshake shop . No seating inside , just honk and order . Service is fast and the milkshakes are good . Best selling is the Nutella and ferrero milkshakes , served in a large Nutella glass jar .<br/>Quantity is good for 2 people 😉. We also love coming here after a long night out .

Last night I visited this place with a friend,ordered desserts and drinks we wanted to have.While paying the server told me pls. Give cash as our card machine is not working.I told her I am not carrying Cash.She took card from me but punched extra amount on my card and didn't give me bill or credit card slip.<br/>I found it fishy and asked them to get the slip,they said they have discarded it,After a long discussion they gave me the slip and they had charged me extra which they returned me in Cash.Beware if you are goin to this place to check bill.<br/>Also their Zomato menu prices and Prices on their Pos are different.<br/>Also I got this incident to Mr Mohammed(operations manager) notice he seemed to be a nice guy and said I will take action on same.

I wasn't impressed with the place. The desserts were below average.<br/>We ordered for the boba icecream wih strawberry syrup. Have tried boba bubble tea but this is my first time with icecream. This one tasted good.<br/>Also ordered for sushi crepe (brownie wrapped around by crepe and drizzled wih white chocolate and nutella). I had a different expectation for this dessert as it looked unique on the menu. The cake was dense and I didn't rely understand the concept. Combination was strange and it was alot of chocolate!! Lotus mini pancakes weren't great either. There was hardly any lotus thick syrup and seemed a little watery. I have had better mini pancakes, unfortunately this place couldn't deliver the best.

good concept to present ice cream sundaes and sodas. flavors also complement the presentation. pleasantly surprised to find this place. they do not have any seating, so you have to sit in the car and enjoy the lab treats!

Ordered one cheese and honey mini pancakes, also one hot ganache fudge brownie. The pancakes were not all the great but the chocolate brownie was delicious, even the presentation for the food was splendid which makes your mouth water.

Very interesting concept of trying different desserts and drinks. We tried the labjar of passion fruit and and blue passion drink. It was fantastic and the labjar was also pretty good. Would recommend if someone wants refreshing drink.

Wanna try out some amazing milkshakes and crepes? Ice-lab provides you everything to satisfy your cravings. Nutella milkshake is just awesome. My personal favorite stuff from them is the Chocolate Marshmallows. <br/>Price is pretty decent.

I and my brother went to this place a few days back after hearing all the hype about their Nutella Shakes. It is a small place with no sitting arrangement. Order is mostly taken from the car. I really liked their nutella milkshake, it was creamy , chocolaty and rich with whipped cream on the top. Just like we were expecting it to be💯. Maybe next time I might try their crepes too.<br/>Warning: DO NOT ORDER SMALL NUTELLA SHAKE, order a large size. If u have sweeet tooth then this is the place for u... tried the ferrero rocher shake and sushi crepe... the shake was made with vanilla ice cream and it tastes good, the crepe was stuffed with brownie and while and brown chocolate syrup on top... the crepe was a bit too sweet for me but someone with sweet tooth may find it good. All in all a good place in a very unusual place.

Ordered a Lotus pancake. It was soft, warm and delicious and not too sweet. It's good enough for two people. However, my friend and I were both of the opinion that it could be made even more tasty by adding a layer of lotus in between the pancakes - Just a suggestion.<br/><br/>The staff are very attentive and immediately rushed to our car to take our order, even before we could call them - Good customer service.<br/><br/>No seating available, so be ready to eat inside your car. <br/><br/>Overall, a nice place to have a quick dessert after work. It is located in a very random place, so finding it is quite a task - Use GPS.

Such a random location, definitely out of the way. We still went to see what all the fuss was about! The nutella ice cream and the chocolate sushi were not that great at all. They looked amazing and we got great pictures but they didn't taste that good. Presentation is great and the staff is really friendly but I wouldn't recommended going out of your way to try this.

A bit pricey but it's worth indulging on some shakes and pancakes on your cheat day! <br/><br/>I ordered a Ferraro Rocher Large Jar and Kinder Pancake. The milkshake was really good at start, though it ends up too thick due to the remainder of the whipped cream. But it's still amazing. The pancakes were pretty good. <br/><br/>Worth the try. The service and staff are great. There is no seating available though.

The place live up to its name we tried the pancake mix chocolate and nutella waffles both are amazing!! definitely coming here to try more of this stuff . The place and the ambience is not much it is small area no seatings need some kind of improvement...

Was passing through ras al khor area after my car service session and suddenly saw ice lab and felt so happy. I decided to skip my lunch and to have dessert Instead😜🤓 The outlet is small with noo seating at all..they have enough space to set the 1-2 table,which they have not done so far( hoping to see the tables in future) and we literally sat on the floor.<br/>We ordered one nutella crepe and ferrorro rocher shake. Nutella crepe was too yummy and it can be shared with 2. Ferroro rocher was sweet and blended perfectly . But felt the desserts as pricey compared to the same dishes and service provided by other outlets

Visited this place as this joint has always been one of my top picks when it comes to its shakes . Ordered for a Nutella shake , was freshly prepared and served to me within 3-4 mins of time . The shake was way way too thick , infact it was so thick that it was quiet difficult to even ooz out from the straw . Was dissapointed with the Nutella shake from this location . Staff people like always were quick in service and were friendly . In the future I would definetly visit ice lab , but not this location at all .

This is my 3rd visit to this place we ordered for large Oreo shake priced at AED 35, small Nutella shake @ AED 25 and Kinder Waffle @ AED 25. Shakes were just out of the world thick and consistent. Waffle was average and tasted OK. Our order came within 10 mins and was fresh and great quality. My suggestion would be to lessen the cream. Rest every thing was perfect. One more thing staff should ask whether they should be served in Jar or Plastic jars as there is price difference.

I tried the Lotus crape in this place, it was great. The crape was thicker than expected and too expensive. Vimto Slush is the cooler you need in this hot weather!

Pretty good place for a nice dessert after lunch. There are many options in the menu but i tried the Nutella Crepe. It tasted really good and was in a pretty photogenic packaging which I liked. The only downside to this branch is the location as it is located somewhere only trucks would go. The pricing isn't bad as well.<br/><br/>Overall i would definitely go there again for the shakes

After months of saying 'we should go to Icelab' I finally ended up here to try out their kinder Nutella pancakes and it was 👌🏼 will be back soon to try their Nutella jar milkshake and crepe 😁

Service was quick and attentive. The place wasn't crowded like the quoz branch. The F3 iced coffee is a must have. The rasberry Redbull is also a must and anything with Nutella topping. They have other things like chapatti wraps and wide range of creative food creations.they are inventing food.

It was Great, my fiends and I all went together and we had different things. Shakes, crepe, slushies with different flavours. The only downside I must say is the location, I wish it had a view and a place to sit and enjoy.

I was in the mood for my favourite Nutella Ice Cream cup and also wanted to go for a long late night drive so I decided to go to the new Ice Lab branch in Nad Al Hammar. The Nutella Ice Cream was excellent as usual and I loved every spoon of it. The place is good for those living nearby in the area, not many people except real Nutella fans or chocoholics would drive all the way there - (somewhat in the middle of nowhere). They need to open more branches within Dubai city and surely they will get many many more customers!

Went with my BFF at night after getting salary to celebrate. Wanted to see all the hype about the place. Honestly, the price to size ratio is too off. The shakes weren't that great or unique. Only plus point is the Nutella jar we get and the lotus biscuit.
