We are frequent customers of CTI/JLT past 4 years, last few orders have been disappointing, value for money/quality is low when compared to so many better choices locally in Marina area. Feedback to the owners seems to be hitting deaf ears which is sad as the food and management was quite good and once number 1. Still can recover if they listen to their loyal customers....

If you like Indian grilled dishes or Tandoori dishes then this the place to visit. The prices are reasonable though located in JLT but the place is too crowded. We were there to try the Iftar, which I think is a good bargain of AED 40 per head as a groupon offer. Do not expect too much from the restaurant, go with a minimal expectation and you will be satisfied.

Have tried loads of their curries and karahi, but the must have is their stuffed nan esp qeema naan dat everyone un my family and friends love. Even their chapel kabab serving is huge and size of kabab is very big.really yummy.naan roti cheese naan is super!! Roghni naan!! Every thing here esp parathas.naan n roti Is fresh n yummilicios!<br/>Love their mutton tikka!!!huge hit<br/>Fish tikka also good. Chinese/egg fried rice. Naans r yumm . My mother in law loved their bindi pyaz!!

My friend came from Abu Dhabi and he was specifically craving chicken tikka inn. So we ordered from here. <br/>The food arrived on time and was very hot... unfortunately, the packaging of the food was terrible. The mix grill was put between 2 plastic plates, so by the time we got it the bags were leaking and I had meat juice all over the bag, myself and the table. <br/>Food was very very spicy for my taste. <br/>The portion was very generous and the price is reasonable. If you like spicy food, then go for it.

You may check our record how often we order for Mutton Behari Kababs and we love the taste and presentation. Today it was a huge disappointment. it was more like a curry with uncooked skin to top it. Smelly too, we had to throw it in the dustbin. I have pictures to prove this but not sure if you have an option where I may post them. Terrible disappointment.

Its an excellent dine in and delivery restaurant with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. their butter naan ,chicken kabab rolls are worth trying. They have 8 outlets in dubai so heaadover to your nearest outlet and enjoy your food.

Excellent take out and delivery restaurant..<br/>love the food... order chicken or mutton kababs had them both really awesome.<br/>Ginger chicken is really good too. make sure you tell them less oil. mutton kandi is another option that youncan order.<br/><br/>Naans and rotis become soggy and rubbery when delivered at home.<br/><br/>They are also know for their Chicken Tikka (choose from Leg or breast pc) Grilled to perfection.

Their quarter chickens are a good 1 person plated-meal when ordering for larger groups at home. The chicken can be made spicy and tastes good. There is an option to choose between puris or rotis to go with the chicken. These plates are not combos and you will have to order the rotis and fries separately. <br/><br/>I have tried their seekh kababs too but prefer their quarter chicken.

My review is not on the basis of what others have tried. So i am purely going as per my experience.<br/>Good place to eat, Little small Indian outlet.<br/><br/>Please try the dish which i believe is iconic <br/><br/>Bhindi Ghost - Mutton cooked with Ladies finger (Bhindi).<br/>Trust me if you dont like Bhindi (Ladies Finger) after having this you might change your mind.<br/><br/>Also try the Keema Nan. I was craving chicken Tikka and since I was in the area I looked for a decent place to get good Pakistani good and found chicken Tikka in. I had been to their branch in sharjah several times and I was shocked to see how different this branch was. The interior was dark and dimly lit. The chicken was either overcooked or stale as it was really dry. Will never visit this branch again

I really liked their branch in Barsha and decided to give it a go at their JLT branch. The air conditioning was barely working. The chicken wasn't fresh and improperly cooked. The soft drinks weren't cold enough.<br/><br/>Upset the restaurant and seating area, decided to order it again a few days ago, the same improperly done chicken that was certainly not a chicken tikka done the same day. Looked more like a reheated version from the day before.<br/><br/>Not recommended at all.

Food from the subcontinent is similar, but the Pakistani food holds a special place for me,<br/>The use of spices, oil and gravies are different from Indian food especially.<br/>Came to this place without any expectation but wanted to have Pakistani non-veg items,<br/>Relished the chapli kabab, crisp on the outside and soft inside when you bite 'em.<br/>The chicken handi was smashing, creamy and rich was its gravy,<br/>The channa dal Pakistani style is special, I enjoyed it thoroughly.<br/>The rogni naan is thick but soft and went well with the gravies,<br/>Stuffed my self and enjoyed it, the heart was content but the stomach wasn't at ease! <br/>

Visited this restaurant for iftar dinner. It is not a lavish restaurant but have good taste. Been to JLT br which serves buffet @ AED 40 per person. With very selected items this place has quality food. They have delicious bbq and chicken biryani is must try. Love their kheer in dessert. Services are good and staff is so courteous. Today we selected chiken tikka inn. <br/>Taste of food was food. Spicy for especially after a long fast.<br/>Soups, salads and desert should be improved. Place was really small but the it looked huge in pictures i saw. <br/>There were no fruits. :( <br/>Staff was nice and friendly. Very pocket friendly.<br/>

This is the first time I tried this restaurant at Jlt. I am a big fan of spicy food so I ordered mutton Bihari kebab and chicken boti with rogni nan. I didn't like the food at all. The mutton kebab had smell since it wasn't cook well. The chicken boti was not spicy at all. Please don't order from this restaurant

Food is really tasty overhere.i would recommend for the group of people,not for the individual because the quantity is too heavy worth the cost.The prizes of the food not really expensive.I love the Raita which they gave .the staffs are friendly.<br/>Tried Chicken handi with rotti ,it tastes really good.The environment is Average.<br/>I would like to give 3.5/5 as my review..still can do better

There are few items on the menu that you must try.. Mutton Chappli Kabab, Chicken Haleem with Poori and chutneys. Other items like biryani, boti kabab are average in taste. The magic of 'Pakistani' tag on biryani seems to be missing. If possible, try to visit the restaurant in al barsha. They take time to prepare and it's worth waiting because the meat is tender. This was not the case in the restaurant of JLT.

Was extremely disappointed by this place. We ordered 2 "spicy" tikkas and rice. The tikkas came in a disposable plate that was dripping everywhere - the plastic bag, on the rice box, salad, office table and carpet. There were no spoons/forks to eat the rice with. The tikkas weren't at all "spicy", or anything special at that matter. Better options in area for same price.

Hi guys! We are late on this one, but all of us are working individuals and we just needed some time to adjust into our normal lives after Ramadan. Anyway we are going to go back to the good times during Ramadan today, here is a flash back to when we had the Iftar buffet at the Chicken Tikka Inn.<br/><br/>On the day we went to Bundoo Khan Express, we were actually planning to go to have our Iftar at the Chicken Tikka Inn. We had bought the coupons from Kobonaty and all set to head down there, when we were told that we needed to book at least 2 days in advance for this. Leaving it for later, we almost forgot about this offer, until eventually we went for it right at the end of Ramadan.<br/><br/>We went to the Jumeirah Late Towers branch of Chicken Tikka Inn. The franchise has been in the UAE since 1972 and are among the top Indian/Pakistani value grilled food restaurants. The ME Foodie Crew gathered along with a friend from Iran and we have had a mixed opinion about the franchise. But, as we know from past experiences, the quality of food may vary from branch to branch. More Bundoo Khan plugs…<br/><br/>The JLT branch is not very prominent, as in, if you don’t look for it you probably won’t see it. Its located under the Geant supermarket, at the Promenade level, of cluster Q. So not something you can spot while you are driving past. The sign for the restaurant was blocked by huge pillars and the place was dimly lit.<br/><br/>Every table was provided with dates, Ruh Afza and lemonade, however the party of 40 accompanying us at the restaurant, presented us with a 2.5 liter of coke as well, it was very nice of them.<br/><br/>We broke our fast with the dates and juices, and headed to get in line for the buffet, and here is when you realise how small the restaurant is. But all this wasn’t going to matter as we got eating.<br/><br/>STARTERSWe all started off with soup, it was a nice and hearty sweet and sour chicken soup reminiscent of the Indo-Chinese cuisine which most of us a fan of, our Iranian friend, however, wasn’t much of a fan, he preferred the more refined soups. Fair enough. Accompanying the soup, in the starters, they had salads, coleslaw, dahi vada, samosa and potato pakodas. All were good, except the dahi vada, which looked better than it tasted. The vadas needed some more time to soak the dahi, it was pretty mediocre.<br/><br/>MAINSThe grills were great! Must say we all were pleasantly surprised how good they were. Even our Iranian friend liked them, however, the second batch of Afghani chicken kebabs were under cooked, and you know and you could just imagine Gordon Ramsay screaming…"Why did the Chicken cross the road? Because it's RAW" Sorry for the shameless Gordon Ramsay plug, we love him a lot.<br/><br/>It was just the one though… and it was unfortunate… Even our Irani Friend, a food critique in his own right, liked almost all the items from the grills, which is why its so unfortunate that he should get the under cooked piece. They also had butter chicken which had well cooked chicken with tasty creamy sauce, they had the palak paneer which to Oshee always tastes great and the dal tadka was really good too. Other options for carbs were Naans, Puris, Paratha and vegetable Biryani which all tasted really good. Dexter as usual complained about the thickness of the naan, it being too thick and all. One thing we all did agree is that, probably having plain rice would be better since there was already a lot of rich foods to be had. Anyway the Biryani was good too.<br/><br/>We finished off the mains with some Haleem. Although it was better than the Haleem we had at Bundoo Khan, all it was was, was really tasty dal with shredded chicken in it. It wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t really Haleem. Besides, haleem should have red meat in it, no matter how bad it is for us :P.<br/><br/>One interesting thing we came to know is that in Iran, they top off the Haleem with a sugar crust (flambe sugar crust) and is sort of a sweet dish. The thought played with our head a little and Oshee remembered Rachel’s Trifle she made on the TV Show Friends, how does that work? Gotta try that some time.<br/><br/>We finished off the mains with some Haleem. Although it was better than the Haleem we had at Bundoo Khan, all it was was, was really tasty dal with shredded chicken in it. It wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t really Haleem. Their grills are delicious, and definitely among the best we have had in the price range they offer. <br/>

Wanted to order from this place. Called them around 11:30 A.M, a guy picked up the call and informed me to call after 12:00 P.M. When i called around at 12:00 P.M all their calls are disconnected. Please check if you have any problem in your lines. And also better take the order and send the delivery accordingly rather than telling the customer to call back afetr 12: 00 P.M. not all the customer's will come back.<br/><br/>Kindly improve.

Chicken Tikka Inn (CTI) is almost a part of the dubai food folklore for delivering no fuss consistent and affordable desi food.<br/><br/>So on a rather non descript day we were out for an office lunch.<br/><br/>The seafood restaurant we planned turned out to be a conspiracy to kill diners with stench, we literally ran out of the place before we were put to sleep with the fishes.<br/><br/>And then we stumbled upon CTI in the same building.<br/><br/>We ordered the mixed grill which was cooked to perfection. The dal tadka and haleem were really good, although the dal makhni was not up to mark. The rotis seemed reheated and chewy.<br/><br/>The service was quick and efficient.<br/><br/>Overall not a bad place to drop in for desi food if you are around the place.

I have to say the way this restaurant is run is a disaster, I have been a resident in JLT for 3 years and used to eat here every week at least once sometimes more. The food was amazing, curries cooked to perfection, kebabs were great! Then they changed the chef, the food is bland, over salty, just spices with no flavour and simply disgusting. I had 1 meal and it was barely edible, they changed it after complaining where the waiter just simply smiled and said "new chef" the replacement was just as bad if not worse and I paid and left. I told the manager and his response was the chef was learning, I left it a month or so and revisited the restaurant with some friends for dinner, we all left our food, nobody could eat any of it, all you could taste was spices and the salt was way overboard. Again I wasn't happy paying for it but we did and have to say I will never visit this restaurant ever again. Surely they should see a difference in the takings since the chef left and why they wouldn't replace him with someone who could actually cook instead of serving dishes that are simply unfit for human consumption.

Visited the place last weekend with a couple of friends though I have ordered from them a no of times.They have this minimum order value for deliveries just 3 clusters away which I find very silly.I can understand if its a far place.<br/>During our last visit we ordered the chicken behari kebab, chapli kabab and chicken achari.Their behari kebab are really tender and melts into the mouth. We tried the chapli kabab for the 1st time and was completely disappointed, it was too hard and not the best of taste.<br/>The chicken achari was good along with their nan and puri which is also decent.

The thing with this place is you know you're going for good, value for money meals. Ambience and service are non - existent. Their Haleem is excellent & nans are soft (only at the restaurant... home delivery is a no-no. They become like rubber). The other chicken dishes I've tried are also good. Their biryani is different but very good. And a cheap & quick meal for home delivery too. <br/>I'd efinitely recommend if good, cheap food is what you're interested in.

I went there for the second time after one year.. something has changed, I am only giving rating as 3.0 because I know it was better before...<br/>We sat outdoor, there was a full smell of bbq smoke, and to be honest the location is tucked away under the stairs, so dont assume that seating outdoor is nice.... the food is not as tasty as before, you can only feel the spices... not the food, we tried the mutton masala ,the chicken tikka,the bindhi, the daal, the lassi sweet and lassi salty. the lassi salty was horrible. the hot and sour soup was the only plate that I cannot complain about....<br/>The service was ok . few deliveries happening here and there....prices are reasonable...

Talk about inconsistency. That's perhaps the most accurate word one can use to describe this restaurant. On some days the kebabs are marinated and grilled to perfection while on other days they can drastically fall short of standards. The spicy chicken tikka is delicious on some days while overcooked on others. The chicken tandoori boti will either be delightfully succulent or just bland and boring. The chicken behari kebab may be very tasty on occasions or otherwise too dry and not correctly spiced. As for the rolls, the parathas are often soggy because of oil and there are many unnecessary ingredients added inside which don't compliment the kebab, such as carrots and cucumber.

I normally liked the place, but the new management and particularly one Pakistani delivery guy isn't well mannered. Good for him, I don't know his name. He never keeps a change. Last time I ordered, he told me that he won't deliver the food if the delivery cost was that less. I think that's the management or the person who took the order should info me. That's one of the incidence I had. After a series of unsatisfied and ill-mannered service this is the last thing I have to say about this place. Not going back again.

I ordered food from here by viewing some mixed reviews about this restaurant.But food received after 45 mins was horrible.We live in the same building as of chicken tikka inn and I was fooled by Indian name but later on find out that It's a pakistani restaurant.<br/>Chicken Tikka masala as they say their special dish was delivered to us with uncooked chicken and my 4 yrs old daughter was sick for 2 days after having the food.I don't know why Dubai Municipality is not watching the quality of these restaurants.<br/><br/>Please guys If you don't want to destroy your flavours or don't wanna be sick. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.<br/>Inspite go with some more better Indian restaurants in your locality.

I tried the Buffet here last night. It was good I must say. I SPECIALLY liked the Vegetable Pulao (Very Delicious) .. And the Green malai Chicken. The cabbage salad was pleasant as well and the Rooh Hafza Drink was Very Uplifting. The Kheer, for the Dessert, was a bit too thick I felt. But the Gulab Jamun and the Sawaiya Dish was good. The waiters, special mention to Mr. Bashar, was quite helpful in getting us a Reservation for the day ... The restaurant was Fully booked, All in All I had a Pleasant Experience. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant one .. :)

I will be very honest. The food was not so bad. Specially the BBQ.<br/><br/>But there were some other factors which really made my experience very unpleasant.<br/><br/>We went on Iftar buffet, and luckily we were the first to reach their restaurant, their staff gave us the worst table (table next to hand wash and power switch), which I strongly rejected. On this staff told me all tables are booked (plz remember there was not even single person in the restaurant).<br/>Anyway I took the table. But this was just the start.<br/><br/>The ac was not at all working and restaurant temp reached upto 29 (pic uploaded for reference) and after some time water started dripping on our table<br/><br/>The dishes were having stains (pic uploaded)<br/>Gulab ka (Asian sweet) was directly from the refrigerator where it should be served hot.<br/><br/>And the best part was, in between our meal, an staff came to me requesting to come out of my seating area. When I came out he opened a power switch board which was just above out table to switch on some thing.<br/>Me and my wife just looked at each other laughing, asking each other what was that all about.

I order a delivery from this takeaway for Iftar, having considered the fact that they will probably be busy at Iftar time I ordered at 6.15. The delivery time quoted was 45 minutes so I thought that'll be fine. I should get the food before Iftar. They turned up at 8pm, still expecting me to take the food! Not even an apology. Shocking service was so disappointed. The 1.5 is for the fact that they turned up nothing else

This is right around the corner from where I stay, and their naans are one of my favourite things. Soft, fragrant, melt in the mouth and absolutely delicious even on their own, they pair very well with their chicken seekh kebabs, which are succulent, juicy and flavourful. Unfortunately, their chicken tikka is terrible. It barely has any flavour, even when I've asked for extra spicy, and is hardly ever cooked well. Their vegetarian fare is decent, but tends to be oily. Their chicken biriyani is not bad, and the quantity they serve, is an absolute bargain for 18 dhs. <br/>Their staff is very polite, attentive and courteous.

Just what I craved. Foodonclick had it delivered in 50min from JLT to Jumeirah Islands. Chicken tikka Masala was deliciously and fakely orange with bits of green peppers in it - Perfectly inauthentic and delicious. Dal Makhani was so-so. Tasted more like a bean curry. The showstopper was the mutton bahari kabab. I'm drooling again just thinking about it. Quite a large portion. Extremely tender. Spices were marinated just perfectly. Can't wait to order it again. Very very reasonable dinner for two. We shared 3 nans, daal makhani, chicken tikka masala, and bahari kabab - all for 79Dhs!

This is to only review the food we had ordered few days back from the Chicken Tikka Inn.<br/>We were hungry and wanted to eat Tikka with Nan, we ordered both with one butter chicken to go along.<br/>The food did come in as expected within 55 minutes, our hunger kept increasing..<br/>What we got is in the pic below..hunger or no hunger...we took a pic for the records and then removed the spoiled lime from the salad, trimmed the naan to remove the uncooked dough on the sides, sadly looked at the dead (un-appealing) chicken pcs , Raitha & Butter chicken in similar portions, alongwith a container of chilli powder mixed in water.<br/>The salad looks as if cut by a Zoo feeder!<br/>What can we say...you just cant be hungry all the time...you may be angry instead!

I have been a big fan of Chicken Tikka Inn since I was a child. I was excited to see that they have new branches close to where I live. I ordered from them for the first time today, Chicken Tikka and Mutton Biryani. Everything tasted so great, just like I remembered. <br/><br/>Unfortunately, I found 2 hairs in the Biryani both more than inch long. This completely turned me off. I called the restaurant to complain about it and they apologized. Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from there again. <br/><br/>I would've given the food a rating of 3.5, but after finding the hairs sadly its a 1.
