Again... High expectations it dint turn out to be that great. Beautifully made cafe. Nice ambience. Great variety of biscuits and hampers. Dessert menu is very limited. And very ordinary stuff. Expected more on the taste rather than just just fancy place. Could have been better. One time thing!

We've all binged on loacker wafers and when there's a cafe full of them in different variations, there's no way one can miss it. Excellent service, great location within the mall and happy faces makes it a great experience over all.<br/><br/>We indulged in the Berry Mix Waffle that has 3 heart shaped vanilla waffles toped with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries served with Loacker Vanilla Cream. <br/><br/>Well one cannot say no to chocolate and so we tried the Chocolate Lover that has 2 heart shaped chocolate waffles, chocolate gelato, chocolate flakes and whipped cream. Pure sin, but then its worth it !<br/><br/>For all dark chocolate fans, this one is a must have - the Coppa Fondente, a chocoalte gelato with dark chocolate topping, whipped cream, Dark Hazelnut Wafer and chocolate flakes.

I was able to try this place because of the Dubai Mall Surprize (from app), I got a complimentary breakfast that has croissant, coffee, and juice. I really enjoyed the hazelnut dip!! 🙂 the service by Paul (hope I remember it right) was also great, very attentive. Looking forward to coming back to this place.

Sometimes when i go for grocery i buy waffles from loacker is my fav 😍 I saw @loackerstoreuae and i decided to try the desert there. I ordered Hazelnut waffle sandwich🌰 and Chocolate lover🍫. Honestly the presentation is very nice but not the taste🙃. The waffle was very soft and tasteless but the chocolate lover was good maybe because of the ice cream 😋🍨. Btw the desert i ordered was recommended by staff.

My daughter and I had our afternoon coffee break here over the weekend. It is a pleasant place with a lot of pleasant and friendly staff. If you love Loacker, like my family does, you’d be happily surprised that they offer Loacker in different varieties and sizes unlike the regular ones you’ll see at your local grocery. They even have the Loacker sandwich spread and also serve sandwiches, pastries, coffee and chocolate drinks.

They have good stuffs in their menu. Most importantly, the staffs are really friendly. They even gave us a complimentary ice cream even though we were using zomato gold. Unlike the other restaurants and cafe that ive been in, they treat u differently once they know ur using a discount code or whatnot. The staffs in loacker are really friendly.. there are lots of good places with good food so the staffs are the ones that make the difference

I Love this place! One of my favorite new spots in Dubai. The staff are amazing, very helpful and professional. The food is one of its kind with the real Italian flavors and taste. Their chocolate is another story,, just couldn’t get enough of everything. High five guys you are doing a great job👍

I was aiming to try this place since i know the biscuit and chocolate brand. I just a capuccino this time. I like the idea to serve a pice of wafer with it. Price was good (17.00 aed). The coffee was not very hot served but it was OK. Next time i will try the desserts.

Absolutely great ! We had the tiramisu and waffles. It was perfect for two people. The chocolate sauce they give on the side was to die for. The lemon ice tea is the best I have ever had. It balances out the palette along with the desserts. I would go again just for the ice tea. Also the staff was extremely friendly.

The stars were only given because it's my favorite wafers brand. Since I'm working in Dubai mall sometimes some colleagues treat me differently than any other "regular" customer which what happened here. This is my first time to visit LOACKER outlet i couldn't figure out the drinks or food in the menu... as i walked to the cashier desk holding a chocolate in my hand intended to eat it while i try the hot chocolate there. I thought I'd ask the staff. A lady cashier told me the price before even asking her i said i know the price it's mentioned there i just wanted to ask about the hit chocolate she said yes we have didn't explain any further. Then i said well ok i will have one she called her colleague asking him to prepare one for take away. I said excuse me i will be having it here she looked at my name tag and said ah ok.<br/><br/>Completely unacceptable attitude coming from a person works in Hospitality business. I did not finish my drink i paid and left.<br/>

I didn't know that Loacker has a cafe type outlet also. A fine one at that. Breakfast, desserts, drinks are theirstrong point. Various types of cakes and all.<br/>They have even main dinner/lunch options too, though optipns are limited in that aspect.<br/>I selected a hot chocolate , which they call Densa, because it's pretty heavy and dense. Probably the first Authentic hot chocolate in my life which is not loaded with sugar and tastes like real milk and chocolate. Lovely work. At 21 dhs, it's goood. They come with a mini loacker too.<br/>I selected an Apple Strudel as a side order. As authentic as they come-felt like home made and fresh. At 25 dhs, it's great.<br/>The lady servicing was exceptionally talented to make you comfortable.<br/>The cafe is decorated by all loacker products in different patterns, including a miniature burj khalifa. Bright pastel red and white decor, comfortable seating arrangement, wide open area. Very nice. Will visit again.

Loacker’s Cafe has opened the first store outside Europe and picked Dubai Mall as it’s home. The store is filled with a variety of Loacker goodies and treats that I’ve never seen before.
