Ultrabrasserie team prepared a very delicious beetroot pumpkin goat salad. What I liked the most was that the manager was very happy to accommodate my diary requirements without any hesitation. 🙏🏻 he actually took my order over the phone so when I arrived at the restaurant the salad was ready :) they’ve added extra ingredients I asked for and the salad turned out to be very nutritiously delicious. 🤩 thank you.

Ordered the "feel good" vegan bowl from here for lunch. The portion was really good. The bowl consisted of caramelized onions, avocado, sweet potato, quinoa, pine seeds. I quite enjoyed the salad. It comes with vinaigrette dressing.

I ordered pulled chicken as a salad. The menu said it can be customised and I chose quinoa as a topping with basil pesto as extra. I was expecting a lovely chicken salad with some quinoa topping, instead I got a whole load of quinoa mixed with pulled chicken and pesto, no greens nothing. Really dissapointed, this was not a salad at all and not the healthy lunch I ordered.

We decided to try their Panko Chicken Poke Bowl and Cajun Spiced Chicken and Quinoa. Both the dishes were quite healthy and full of flavour. The portion size is quite ideal and can be filling for one. They also offer the soup of the day and the pumpkin soup is definitely recommended.<br/><br/>Apart from their food menu, they are also quite popular for their coffee beverages. The coffee is smooth and well roasted as well.<br/><br/>The service is fair and the pricing is slightly higher in comparison to the other dine-in joints in Emaar Square. Overall a nice place to visit.

The place is nicely decorated with a lot of seating arrangements inside and outside. We came twice for coffee and for lunch. The good thing is that they have entertainer for the main course and we ordered through that.<br/>I ordered a cappuccino and they give a cookie along with that. Coffee was great and size was also big. However, the food took a very long time to come. I ordered a chicken pulled salad along with a super veggie burger. The burger came with sweet potato fries and looked good.<br/>However, the pulled chicken salad was really good and filling and had avacadoes and shredded chicken with some amazing sauce. However, the price is a bit too much for every item but given entertainer it was great.

Went in a couple of days ago for a quick lunch, as we had a meeting in the area. Cute little cafes like Ultra brasserie make eating between the go easy and convenient. They have a wide range of options and a menu that is both expensive and impressive. Based on the quantity offered, I felt it be a bit on the pricy side.<br/><br/>The interiors quirky and colorful. On one hand you have white colored tables and chairs and to the other hand they have distinctive colored sofas and interior. It is a pretty eclectic mix of colors and serves as a place both ideal for a cup of coffee or even grab a bite. I tried the smashed avo in sourdough. The dish arrived presented beautifully, but in terms of taste it dint quiet pack a punch. The taste of coriander was evident ans a taste i enjoyed but in terms of spice, I found it a bit bland and more suitable for palates that don’t like spice at all in their food. The greens looked great and basil pestos taste was vivid too. <br/><br/>The service was efficient and servers were friendly. Music complements the decor and with an outside (not literally, but within the emaar square) and inside seating, it makes the place look snd feel spacious overall.

Ultra Brasserie is one of the lunch time staples in Emaar Square and helping to break the predictable chain monotony that I have come to expect when striking out at lunch time. And that's a point: this is very much a lunch time place for office workers looking for something healthy but equally enjoyable to eat. There is surprisingly little of this in the cluster between Emaar Square and Downtown unless you want to head to Dubai Mall. <br/><br/>If you are expecting a true 'brasserie' then there is next to nothing here that resembles French cooking in my opinion. It is nonetheless a relaxed setting, airy with bright colours, brightly lit and with ample space. <br/><br/>The food options range from sandwiches, wraps, bagels to sushi, large chicken skewers, cookies, fresh juices and coffees. There is also a separate breakfast menu which stands out from the other predictable coffee shop chain options in this area. There is a variety of daily salads available and you can easily couple salads and sandwiches as you wish. If you are trying to shed weight or be more conscious of what you eat, it is quite easy to accomplish this here.<br/><br/>One point: the menu and options are becoming predictable now but this is the plight of someone who eats here regularly.<br/><br/>Prices are higher than other options but if I compare Ultra to similar restaurants around Dubai with similar offerings, they are on par in my opinion. The cost is consequence of the kind of fresh, highly perishable food served here.<br/><br/>Service is also relatively quick but as you would expect there is a big rush around lunch time so consider yourself warned!<br/><br/>Take away is available (which what I normally do).

This place is a staple go to for people workinf in emaar square with ltd healthy dining options in the area- i come here sometimes for breakfast- i ordered today cajun chicken for aed 68. The first plate served to me was semi microwaved cold chicken. I guess they thought it is ok to serve rubbish at exhorbitant prices. The replacement was a tad better but I still hold suspcion that this wasnt fresh chicken at all- as it is rubbery and oily. Not right ultra. Treat your gueats right. The one star is for very sweet waiters

One of my go-to places for lunch during the work week as it's close to the office and always has fresh food served up in their deli that's easy for take-aways. I do find them a little too expensive but don't have a lot of choice in the downtown area for lunch! <br/><br/>Love their Thai Red Curry Chicken soup with brown bread - always have it if its available. We'd come for a hot drink but after seeing their breakfast deals - we thought we would have brekkie too. <br/><br/>We both opted for eggs on toast with either a hot drink or juice which was 30dhs. <br/><br/>The place was deserted during the working week so we had our pick of tables. <br/><br/>The scrambled eggs were very good, the bread warm but quite hefty and the glass of OJ freshly squeezed but miniature. <br/><br/>Overall a nice breakfast and I would come back. Ultra's salads, the beef steak burger with sweet potatoes and the ham sandwich with cheese, basil, tomatoes and pesto is a favorite. They've got a great selection of lunch combos and their potato+leek soup is warm and hearty (they've got a different soup every day). Special mention - the staff here are amazing! I remember walking in one evening when they were closing and the Assistant Manager personally fixed me a sandwich. I was working late, starving and very grateful :)

Ultra is one of our usual lunch hunts. It is a convenient walk from the office, caters for quick lunch (both dine in and take away) and provides fast, friendly service.<br/><br/>The main options here are soups, salads and sandwiches. Today, I had the tuna sandwich while my teammate got the lunch combo of soup and salad. <br/><br/>The soup and salad did not look appetising, in my view. I am biased though since it don't like soup and vegetables. However, having observed the amount of pepper and salt that my colleague put in on her dish, I believe my impression may be right. Prodding for confirmation, she said the soup was just fine while the salad was almost bland. She even went as far as saying that she should have ordered sandwich instead of the salad.<br/><br/>Maybe she should have! My tuna sandwich was good. This was the first time I tried this particular sandwich. It looked odd with a big slice of pineapple in it. It wasn't something I expected in a tuna melt but hey it worked. The tuna was creamy, without being over powered by the mayonnaise. The proportion to the bread was just right. There were bits of chili spread out that gave the sandwich a little heat which is then countered by the sweetness coming from the pineapple. Texture-wise, there was the crunchiness of the bread, the creaminess of the spread and the juiciness of the pineapple, combining for quite a treat. The pineapple was a brilliant add.<br/><br/>Despite my colleague being somewhat let down by her dish, I would still give this an overall 3.5, mainly because my satisfaction far outweighed her disappointment.

Being born and raised in Dubai, the concept of a healthy lifestyle and organic produce was never promoted. Nowadays, people are starting to get a little more health conscious and organic food is in high demand. The whole concept is still very new to me so I was super excited to try Ultra Brasserie. To start off, locating the place was tricky but after finally finding my way, I was impressed by the decor, the place is tastefully done and has an urban feel to it. I was greeted by a member of staff and they were all welcoming. The manager was very kind and explained more about the idea behind Ultra Brasserie. He mentioned that they change their menu every six months, which is good because that why customers can try something new all the time. The current menu had a decent variety that all sounded delicious.

I am happy that the Healthy Food concept is gaining popularity in Dubai. What interested me in visiting Ultra Brassiere is that they use the finest quality ingredients. They serve food using the finest organic produce and ingredients sourced from Australia, Holland and locally where possible. Recently they have launched a brand new menu of superfoods to include a range of Vegan and gluten free breakfast, lunch and dinner. The healthy foodie in me was excited when I got an invite to try their new menu. I took my friend Nipa along to Ultra Brassiere for a healthy lunch.

I met a friend for breakfast here on their recommendation. They were right. <br/><br/>The service great, prompt and courteous. The food simple but delicious.<br/><br/>I had eggs benedict with turkey rashers. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, the hollandaise sauce of the right consistency and quantity, the muffin toasted with just the right level of sweetness.<br/><br/>The meal was topped off with a freshly made mixed fruit juice/smoothie which was again simple but delicious.<br/><br/>All in all a great meal that set me up for the day. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Bad service<br/>I have visited Ultra Brasserie a couple of times. The lady at counter on several occasions is in a hurry and therefore does not listen to the complete order. The preference is to serve the customers they know well and ignore the new customers. <br/>Once handed my hot chocolate, ignoring my request to have no froth and extra hot, I had to ask 3 times for the pastry to be given to me. I asked for it to be toasted / warmed, but in the end I gave up and took the pastry as it was. <br/>There were customers who came after me, they were served their drinks, food and visibly I was standing there before them but not given my food. <br/>Most disappointing.<br/>I had lunch there and it was a disaster, the tuna tasted dry and the sandwich was tasteless. I had asked for it to be toasted but it was not.

Coffee with non official chat made us motivated to work on Thursday. <br/>We somehow managed to avoid the daily special breakfast which was blueberry pancake. This was my first time eating at an all organic restaurant.This place is very chic and urban, right from the colorful decor of the restaurant, to the menu cards and even the plating. The staff are quite friendly too. We were a group of 9 people and had to join tables to be able to sit together, but that was done quite quickly by the staff. I ordered the Cajun Chicken burger, topped with grilled mushrooms and turkey bacon with barbecue sauce.<br/><br/>The food takes quite a lot of time to arrive but when it finally does arrive, its worth the wait. The burger comes with fries that are potato and sweet potato fries which are well seasoned and yummy! I've never heard of sweet potatoes being served as regular fries so that was a good difference.<br/><br/>The burger is quite big and messy to eat, to be honest. The chicken, however, is tender. I didn't taste any barbecue sauce on my burger and I felt the mushrooms should have been sauteed till they weren't dripping wet.<br/><br/>A good experience overall and I would love to return to taste some of the vegetarian organic options as well.

Used to be THE place to go for lunch. Unfortunately, they have reduced the number of salad options and food was average. Service to order is a bit slow if you order at the table. The staff did try to make it up by being understanding. Hopefully, soon they will be back to the way they used to be.
