Been a loyal Pinza follower but for a change, tried Debonair Pizza. Based on the rating of 4+, I had high hopes however was really disappointed! The pizza arrived cold, taste was average, thin and crunchy crust claim was oily and sodden and packing instructions were not followed! Also, there was this foul smell coming from the box - same comment I read from one of the reviews here. Will not order again!

I am in love with debonairs pizza in Dubai Mall (LG floor food court) since they opening day my family enjoyed each & every meal over there. Service is top of the range, always frendly cashier, pizzas deals are always attractive (we usualy have 2 large pizza deals with some extra: desserts + pepsi).. and the best thing: I always order meals for my kids birthday from there & never get disappointed

We ordered meal for one yesterday, unfortunately the pizza and the wedges had a bad odor although we tried to take a bite and it was the worst taste ever for both Pizza and the wedges. We called the restaurant after 2 hours and their policy is the food can be replaced only within 40 or 45 minutes. Overall very disappointed with this specific order.

This is one of the best pizza company in Dubai. The taste of the pizza is top class and you really want more after having your first bite. The taste is so balanced that you would'd want to put much or oregano or chilly flakes. I'd definitely order pizza from here again. We asked restaurant to removed pineapple from this pizza via zomato notes to restaurant and they sent it the way we wanted. Well being vegetarian I have loved original veggie pizza. If you are a vegetarian try this pizza from Debobairs. I can bet you'd love it.

Standards !! That’s what you guys claim when a customer calls you to complain about the quality of food ????? Ordered 2 Large Pizzas Paneer Tikka + Margarita ( With Fillla Base, was told on the call that if you like creams and cheesy pizza this one is it ) .... received the order after over and hour ...... well no choice .... kids were hungry .... but to accept ...... The Margarita with Fillla Base ... super dry .... not an iota of added cheese .... one of the most ridiculous dry pizzas ever !! Called up the restaurant to give feedback .... but am stunned to hear that the guys claim that it’s made as per their standard and not a little bit of remorse or concern !!! If your standards don’t teach you even a little bit of courtesy over someone’s meal that you merrily charged extra but quietly under the disguise of standards screwed it up - well that’s a serious introspection required !!!!! <br/><br/>Speaking of Standards , thanks heaven our standards are such that we will never ever order or recommend Debonair Pizzas again !! <br/><br/>Really bad Debonair Pizza !

The worst pizza we have ever had! The crust was not baked well, and all the cheese became separate from the crust easily! It was not tasty, we had to add many sauce to be able eat! while ordering online we mentioned for removing some veg from pizza but they didnt even notice out note! There is also a problem with hygiene as they put pizza directly on the box without using any baking that is not a hygiene habit! We never recommend it.
