The chicken curry combo meals I ordered just now was a complete disaster. I think amaravathi owners want to make money just by selling these type of shitty foods. The chicken chukka was raw, saltless, no masala and the chicken curry was just a watery gravy with rotten chicken. Rasam was just some water spread with curry leaves. Pathetic food. I will post the same review in google also. No one should have my experience again. Atleast think that you are not feeding me free to give me this type of garbage. Do you still call this food?? Try to satisfy the customers atleast for half of the price they paid. I would not reccommend this garbage restaurant to anyone.

So long I am a customer of Dubai Amaravathi, Al Quoz since 2014. Today I met a horrible experience which was unbelievable. I ordered mini mutton briyani and Chinese non veg combo. In mini mutton briyani, there was NO mutton piece. Then I contacted the restaurant and they apologized for what happened and immediately they sent again a mini mutton briyani as a token of apology. Secondly, coming to Chinese non veg combo, the taste is not at all containing Chinese flavor. Chinese food in Indian style cooked with curry leaves. I wondered whether this cook knows Chinese cuisine to cook or not? Anyway hereafter not going to try again as I met a bad experience today. Finally, I came to know that the management got changed that is why all we faced these kind of bad experience. Sorry, Dubai Amaravathi for my comments.

Ordered for chicken curry and mutton fry special, they sent two different chicken curries and convinently just skipped mutton. Then again the chicken curries only had bones in it, my worst expeirence of ordering food till now in all dubai restaurants. Highly recommended to be avoided ! I am attaching pictures of order for all to decide the service this resturant has provided. Also we did try calling the restaurant multiple times to tell them about the mess up but no one took the call.

I actually called Dubai amaravathi for delivering a biriyani. Over the phone the attendee was like “I don’t have time to tell my menu, if you want you find it yourself” . I asked him for an item he said it’s not there, I asked an alternate for the same he was not interested to say. I told I’m canceling your item. He said go away. Ordered a meals from here when I was in the mood for some hyderabadi. The order was extremely delayed but this was due to very bad conditions outside so no points reduced for slow delivery. The food was at max decent as the dal I like from hyderabad was just average. Rice quantity was good, fish etc was quite good too but a little better dal and slightly more dal quantity will really improve the food.

I ordered for Indian mutton fry and asked them to cook nicely.Again and again they are giving lamb instead of indian mutton which is very very hard and not cooked properly.They are charging more but giving low quality lamb.This is happening for the 5th time inspite of several complaints.After complaining he is telling pls adjust this time.we will change in next order.I request the manager to give quality food for what we pay.I request to give healthy food and not unhealthy food.Also use less oil and spice.Thanks

I order very often from Dubai Amaravathi. Never had a chance to go there though. But I have to say their food is very good. <br/><br/>Especially the 'Virundhu Bhojanam'. Which their Andhra style Veg Thali. It has 3-4 Subs with Rice and Sambhar and Rasam. It has a Payasam and couple of chutneys and a Papad. The currys are all made with love. No half measures.<br/><br/>One of my recent favorite is their 'Chicken Curry Rice Combo'. It has this delicious chicken curry that reminded of the home made ones I have had. With Chicken Fry, Rasam and One Koottu. I loved it so much that I ordered it for 4 days straight.<br/><br/>Other than the Combos, All their Andhra based dishes are commendable. The Gongura, Kothimiri, Veppudu, Guntur, Chettinad(Not Andhra Still).<br/><br/>As for delivery, most often than not they are a little late. So if it says 60 minutes, you will get it in 70.<br/><br/>Must Try : Chicken Curry Rice Combo, Virudhu Bhojanam.

As per the menu, ordered kingfish Biriyani. They served me a kind of rice on top a piece of baraccuda fish fry. Satisfaction on taste or quantity can be deffer from one person to another. So I never write reviews on restaurants. But underestimating a customer is not good for any business. Any one can just make out easily what fish they are eating by just tasting it. And placing a peice of fish on top of some kind of rice never make that dish fish Biriyani.

Amazing food!!! taste just like home (especially for south Indian taste buds). But if you are not south indian give it a try you wont be disappointed 🤩. My personal favourite is the chicken curry you get with the lunch meals, gongura prawns and newly introduced barracuda fish fry 😘

This place is Dubai Amaravati and not just Amaravati. They have another branch at Discovery Gardens. No other branch as told to me. Their specialty is spicy South Indian cuisine mainly andhra style. They have a common seating area and a family seating area. I was told by the manager Gopi that soon they gonna refurbish the place and hence my pictures might seem old after sometime. Coming to food - they have a wide range of South Indian cuisine ranging from idly, dosa, vada, thali etc etc. I would personally recommend their tawa fish fry and suji halwa. <br/>I would come back to this place to try their biryani. <br/>Staff is very courteous and service is quick. They have special afternoon meals and price range of all the food items is pretty affordable. <br/>Keep up the great work!

I am in love with there Amber chicken bucket biryani. It's so much tasty and value for money. You can find it as bucket for 2 and so on. The quantity is amazing and along with biryani (which is btw well cooked with spice unlike other biryani which is only rice ) you get chicken gravy and chicken 65 and boiled eggs and dessert to give a good finish 😁. In a couple bucket three people can easily eat and enjoy their meal. Delivery takes normally an hour. Mutton is not so good however chicken is much much better 🙂

Ordered lemon soda at the end and found to be sugar settled inside the glass and requested again to add more lemon as it was not enough lemony for soda. Not gonna visit again .

<br/><br/>Dubai Amaravathi is a predominantly South Indian restaurant which also serves veg and non-veg North Indian food; its Hyderabadi biryanis, in fact, are quite popular. Located in a warehouse style building beside the Avantgarde warehouse, opposite Naresco Contracting on Al Talay Street in Al Quoz, Amaravathi reminded me of the labour camp eateries we’d dine at in Jebel Ali in the early 90’s. There’s nothing wrong with that mind you, I had some of the best South Indian breakfasts in those restaurants. And with that in mind my food buddies and I visited Amaravathi for our last breakfast before Ramadan.<br/><br/>Looks can be deceiving but in this case they’re not; what you see from the outside is pretty much what you get on the inside. The interior is basic. Shockingly bright colours liven up its windowless walls; an almost florescent yellow can be a little in-your-face early in the morning. Typical of this sort of restaurant there is a separate family section towards the back. The surprisingly clean toilets were back there too. Along the wall we sat near was a hyperactive delivery counter where parcels were placed for pick up by their busy delivery team. I would have liked to have placed a video to record one day in the life of that counter.<br/><br/>We started our breakfast with a idli-vada dip, which is basically a vada and two idlis in a bowl of sambar. The idlis were light and fluffy and easily broke apart with my fork (some are like plastic and actually need an effort). Although the sambar could have been a smidge tarter, I liked it, even though it was only lukewarm. Upon informing our smiley waiter of this, he immediately brought us all fresh piping hot bowls. Smiley obviously had his eye on our table because he timed the arrival of our masala dosas perfectly, no more than a minute after we had finished our idli-vada. While not as big as some of the hard-core Karama dosas, ours were crispy, not too oily and the potato filling was lovely. Our meal would have been perfect if they had filter coffee. The sugary instant stuff they served us in its place was the only disappointment of an otherwise lovely breakfast.<br/><br/>All of us were impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as how well our waiter looked after us. I’m sure it helped that we were one of only two tables which were occupied. That, and the fact that we were probably not their typical diners. Irrespective of why, they did a great job, earning our thanks and a big tip. Dubai Amaravathi joins Chennai Curry Palace in the recently opened Al Khail Gate Community Centre as my favourite go-to places for South Indian breakfast in Al Quoz. I have heard so much about their biryanis that I have to go back for a try. If ambiance is not too high on your list of priorities this is definitely an outlet worth a visit.<br/><br/>
