The food is great but they could work a little on the ambiance.The resturant itself does not give a very clean and warmly feeling.Its a pitty actually that the seating is still very old at a place that serves one of the best pakistani cuisine.Coming to the food, they have the best seekh kababs with genuine pakistani style puri paratha that you cannot have enough of, to top it their chutney and raita are just perfect combinations.Their achari handi, chicken tikka, chicken biryani all are full of flavour.I have tried quite a few diffetent Pakistani dishes here and I must say all were really delicious.I would say service is not very exceptional but good. Whenever I want to have good pakistani food, this restaurant is definitely one from my list to choose from.

If the restraunt is out of stock for a certain dish they must call and see if we want options, Their food quality and customer service has gone for a toss. NOT APPRCIATER AT ALL. Recently we had an unplanned lunch date 😋 Not at all thought about it as we never have lunch together in weekdays. We popped in @chickentikka.bh and ordered mutton kebab masala . This was basically something which we never tried before . Juicy Seekh kebab chunks were prepared in creamy and spicy gravy sauce . I really loved the idea of seekh kabab into gravy. It was truely delicious 😋 We ordered butter naan which was always the best bread to go along with such gravy. The place is huge old school . I often eat their delicious chapli kebabs. Haleem is good except it has way toomuch black pepper, otherwise it tastes great with squeezing of lemon. My biggest concern is they serve pipping hot haleem n gravy foods in plastic bowls which is extremely dangerous to health. I wish they n other restaurants stop this practice.

Its my favourite outlet to order for weekend parties. The kebab, chicken tikkas , tandoori ,biryani or any chicken curry they serve the best in town . We have always been a fan of their food. I have visited the restaurant just once for lunch and had awesome biryani. But most of the times we order at home and they never dissappoint :)

The place was very quite at dinner time may being a weekday.<br/>We started with the namesake Chicken Tikka which was very juicy n flavorful. Must try.<br/>Next came in the Mutton Achari Kadai served with Butter Naan. Tender pieces of mutton served in a flavorful curry. Not so spicy and went very well with the Naan. Chicken Biryani was served in a quantity fit for 3 people. Tasted Ok nothing special to write about. The best part was the dessert. Piping hot Gulab Jamuns n Chilled Kheer are a must must try. Service was very prompt. 4/5 for the overall experience.

One of the finest places for pakistani barbecue and kababs in Dubai. A veteran rather as they have been around for quite a number of years! Their chicken boti, mutton seekh kababs, aloo palak and the puri parathas are an unsatiable delight for food lovers! The barbecue is one of the finest in the city. We visited Chicken Tikka Inn last Friday night. We were hungry so we reached bit early somewhere around 7:45 pm. The restaurant was entirely empty (except for 1 table).<br/>We have been there before so we know what to Order. We ordered <br/>1- Chicken Steak (Pepper Flavor)<br/>2- Chicken Steak (Mushroom Flavor)<br/>3- Chicken Behari<br/>4- Chapli Kebab (trying for the first time)<br/>5- Roghni Naan <br/>6- Puri<br/><br/>Server has brought sauces first. After almost 20 minutes they brought the food. We started with steaks and both of them were up to mark. <br/>Same old great taste. Chicken Bihari Kebab were OK. However, I feel the flavor need improvement. <br/><br/>Chapli kebabs were quite delicious. They were properly cooked. We went for iftar buffet yesterday. It was worth the money paid.<br/><br/>They had welcome drink, dates, samosas, pakodas prepared and laid out on every table.<br/><br/>Buffet started after prayers were said, the spread was decent enough. There were kababs, koftas chicken biriyani, batter fried fish. Nan and poori were breads.<br/><br/>They had awesome palak paneer. Good job on that one. 👍<br/><br/>Dessert was uninteresting. Just custard and some kheer with rava Halwa kinds.<br/><br/>But all in all I felt good. 🙂<br/><br/>If you are going in this season, be warned that parking can be a hassle.

Came here yesterday for dinner. It was very quiet when we arrived. But the set up was was spacious, albeit rather standard for a Pakistani restaurant. <br/><br/>The service was prompt and very friendly. They were attentive and smiling which is great to see! The only thing was that one of the glasses at our table was dirty. But this was promptly replaced. <br/><br/>The food was genuinely very good. The meats were tender and very tasty. We ordered a mixed grill which went down a treat. We also ordered lentils and ginger chicken. The lentils were the best I tried in Dubai. The ginger chicken was not so good. But all in all the food was very enjoyable. I loved their naan bread selection. They offered garlic, butter and regular naan. For me I enjoyed having so much. <br/><br/>The only thing is that the food is heavy. I did not feel I could eat as much. I believe you need a strong stomach for Pakistani food too. But take nothing away, this restaurant serves very good food. I would recommend this place for the future as well.

Went to the hairdressers and stumbled on this place by accident, got to say was the most delicious Indian/Pakistani food I have had in Dubai. The restaurant itself isn’t anything special more of a dive really but the food is the most authentic I have had, I had the shredded chicken curry, sheek kebabs, and the tandoori chicken was very tasty, would say it was mainly a take away by seeing how many delivery’s they were doing, plus only about 4 tables in the place. Got to say will be visiting it every time I go for a haircut. Lol. Taste of uk style curry’s that I have been craving. But remember it is a dive so don’t be scared of the look of the place, staff are friendly but order Nan and not the puri which the locals seem to be ordering it looked way too oily because obviously was fried.

On a Friday ,after driving around karama looking for a decent Indian restaurant for dinner ,we ended up back in our Neighbourhood since we were unable to find parking nearly anywhere. Chicken tikka inn Mankhool has ample parking space right in the front . Spacious interior . Though we r regular customers here , we have never tried out their mutton biriyani .So we ordered a mutton biriyani , chicken Haleem,stuffed naan , mix grill platter , and their lassi . Excellent mutton biriyani 👍. Loved their Haleem and naan . Lassi was refreshing .

We visited this place few days back and after a wait of about 45 minutes, we finally found the seating. Our order for the day was Paneer tikka masala , Bhindi do pyaza for main dish and the bread and jeera rice.<br/>Paneer tikka masala was one of the best I had till date...Fresh, soft and full of flavors. Bhindi was too a great choice...Different than the usual stuff. Only breads was something which was just ok in taste and we did not like much. Have visited couple of times to their Qusais outlet and was happy with the food. Visited here craving for tikkas, ordered quite more dishes than i could eat. Ordered chicken bihari kebab, biriyani and butter naan. Kebab was good, but i was not happy with the biriyani as it was too spicy. Overall food was good but not like the one which i enjoyed in the other outlet. Ambiance is good and very spacious. Try for yourself.

Went yesterday. Ordered Chicken achari for dine in and another chicken achari and dal makhani for take away. The dine in chicken acahari was too salty this wasn’t what it tasted before. Tried dal makhani at home they put tons of chilli, this too wasn’t the taste earlier. Tasted like cheap road side dal makhani. In times of corona, restaurants are supposed to do better to maintain loyalty. Not sure if I will go there again. Had to put water in the dal makhani.

One of the oldest and truest gems of Dubai. It started with a single store next to the creek in Deira and has expanded across the city since then. The expansion is on the back of fulsome Pakistani food, filled with quality kababs and traditional Pakistani dishes. The chicken tikka with puri is an absolute must try, and one of the staples on a menu that has remained unchanged for ages. Lately, would also recommend the Chicken seekh, mutton bihari and ginger chicken. The roghni naan goes well with almost anything. <br/><br/>Chicken Tikka Inn has truly remained static in quality and hearty food, in a rapidly changing city.

I've been going to Chicken Tikka Inn for many years now. Again one of Dubai's oldest restaurants that has done well for itself and expanded across the city. Rightfully so, it is hard to find better Chicken Tikka and Parathas anywhere else. For the first timers be aware the Parathas are more like crispy Puris. <br/>Over the years I have tried other items on their menu as well and I have not been disappointed, but their tikkas are what they are famous for and I always have to order them as well.

This restaurant serves Pakistani as well as Indian food. After having enough of Arabic dishes, we tried the Indian food here.<br/>Ordered Chicken tikka, Chicken malai boti, tandoori roti, chicken makhani and mutton biryani. Malai chicken was my favourite. Chicken makhani was creamy and tasty. Tandoori roti was really soft. Biryani was also quite simple and subtle, more like lucknowi biryani. So if you are in dubai and missing indian food, this place is for you

Ordered Mutton Biryani, Dal fry and Chicken tikka. Excellent meal. It's been 3 years since I ordered from Chicken tikka inn. So am so glad I did this afternoon. Left me feeling completely full and satisfied. Their quality is as awesome and excellent as when I first ordered in Sharjah back in 2011. Would highly recommend this brand even though they are pricey. Worth the price though as I've never been dissapointed in 7 years. That speaks for itself. Thank you CTI.

One of the oldest & most reliable desi grill food outlet in town at affordable rates, ambiance is acceptable with this branch having highest seating capacity , food is served hot & fresh and tastes good especially the any grill item with puri & yogurt, sizzlers are a speciality of this food chain, service is a bit slow, parking is not free. Overall a good place for a routine budget dine-out with family.

If youre tempted to order anything other than, well, chicken tikka, don't. Their tikka is good, so don't deviate as soon as you're exposed to their lengthy menu. The puri teams up really well with tikka so do indulge.

Spicy Chicken tikka and Puri is the best combination of food in this restaurant! I'd give it a 4.5/5 😍<br/>The Raita (curd) is something else everyone should try! <br/>Ginger chicken curry is decent. 3.5/5

Worst for bulk order. Placed order for 30 chicken biryani on Diwali party day, looked like they used chicken worth 10 plates in 30 plates. Low quantity of chicken, low on taste, plain yellow coloured rice. Thank god we ordered veg biryani from another restaurant.

Went for lunch. Ordered for chicken botti and dal makhani with Puri , tandoori roti . Have to say that the dal makhani was bland, chicken boti was also not that good. Nevertheless. Not going back there

The staff is friendly great ambience food is tasty . The dishes i luv here is obviously the chicken tikka 😋the butter chicken ,roti , handi, fish and chips and gulab jamun . So its a great place for food and its reasonable too👌

Ordered Chicken Reshmi Kabab and got Chicken Seekh Kabab instead. On following up with the restaurant I was causally informed that both the dishes are the same and I might be confused with another dish. Any foodie knows that these are 2 different dishes. The restaurant has put 2 options on the menu but is fooling the customers by sending the same item. After putting pressure on the staff they agreed that such item is not prepared by them. So please be careful before you order food with them. Better to call and check instead or get fooled.

Tikkas and kebabs are my all time favorites. With tikka in name itself we went there with great expectations...<br/>Ordered chicken tikka and mutton achari... along with puri paratta and tandoor roti and raitha ... we like spice and asked to make tikka spicy... but, when the order came the tikka was not spicy and when we asked about it , staff said if they put more spice we cannot afford it...and mutton achari was salty... though ,it tasted good , but not like achari... some other taste....puri was good... <br/>ambience is ok... they have a large hall like restaurant in mankool... in the middle of hall lot of space is left vacant n in the sides tables are put together... feeling crowded... staff behavior was ok... price was also ok<br/>Giving 3 stars...

لقد تلقيت بوري باراثا - وهو عنصر باكستاني تقليدي لمرافقة الأطباق التي كانت اختيار جريتا.
كما كانت أطباق صلصة التمر الهندي وصلصة النعناع وريتا ذات المظهر الجميل مع شرائح طافية من الطماطم والبصل غمسة رائعة مع المقبلات.

ذهبت إلى هناك أمس لتناول عشاء قصير ولكن انتهى بي الأمر بطلب المزيد وإهدار بعض الطعام. كان لدي Chapli kabab - وهو طبق قديم مفضل لدي كنت أتناوله في المملكة العربية السعودية ، لحم الضأن بهاري كباب - لم أسمع عنه قط في الهند ولكنه مشهور هنا في دبي وبوتر نان. كان Chapli هشًا وجيدًا جدًا. كانت سميكة و 4 أنصاف - لم أستطع إنهاء أكثر من نصفين. كان كباب بهاري وحيًا وناعمًا جدًا ، طريًا ، كثير العصير ، منزوع العظم ومتبل جيدًا. بطريقة ما ما زلت لا أستطيع التعود على النمط الباكستاني Naans لكنه كان ناعمًا ولائقًا.

I went there yesterday for a dinner and enjoyed every bit of it. I was welcomed very nicely and assisted by Mr. Imran and the seating arrangements were very comfortable in a large area and tastefully decorated.
I ordered a selection of kababs- Fish , Mutton sheekh & Chicken boti kababs. The Fish kabab was undoubtedly the best of them. Extremely well made with slightly crusted and curnchy masala/ spicy mix on the outer part and very very soft and delicate inside. Chocken boti was next best with great quality of chicken pieces.
I was given puri paratha- a Pakistani traditional item to accompany the dishes which was a greta choice.
Also bowls of tamarind chutney, Mint chutney and a nice looking Raita with floating slices of Tomato and onions was a superb dip with the starters.
The garnishing and plating was fascinating , especially the colourful complimentary salad!
Coming to the mains , I had the famed Roghani naan from Pakistan along with a super delicious Mutton boneless handi which had 10 delectable chunks of heavenly mutton in it. Truly it's a great item to have with a balanced spice level and lovely gravy. Rarely would you find a main dish with ten pieces in it. Again the mutton pieces are so soft in the mouth.
Finally I signed off with a fine suleimani tea with some cloves and other spices with it.
The tariff is between 17-35 dhs for most of the items which is very reasonable and at par with peers. Quantity of the items are extremely large. Presentation is good.
Service is fantastic.
Highly recommended.
•Around 4 years back on another visit I had the following experience-
I went there yesterday for a brief dinner but ended up ordering more and wasting some food. I had Chapli kabab- an old favourite of mine which I used to take in Saudi Arabia, Mutton Behari kabab- never heard of in India but quite popular here in Dubai and buter naan. Chapli was crisp and quite good. It was thick and 4 halfs- I couldn't finish more than two. Behari kabab was a revelation and pretty soft, tender, juicy , boneless and marinated very well. I somehow still can't get used to the Pakistani style Naans but it was quite soft and decent.
Service was very polite and quite fast.
The decor was good and not in your face. Restaurant was very spacious and comfortable. From the side of the kitchen though, peals of laughter and loud sounds of chit-chatting were waffling through the Restaurant. May be management would like to look into it.
Menu us not very big and variety is limited. But all the renowned items were there.
Finally my suggestion is to try for kabab items and old trusted items and you will love it. As price was extremely reasonable. Recommended for kabab items.

This restaurant has been there for 40 plus years and is still Numero UNO in Chicken and its dishes with all sorts of Variety..deserve a 7 Star ⭐️ rating for food quality and its staff still maintaining it over the number of years.
Ordered a regular Chicken tikka leg piece and its famous Puri.
Complimentary Yoghurt and salad along with the food is good enough.
Made to perfection and so tasteful with all the spicy condiments make it a perfect choice for me along with delicious Puri,it's enough for one person.In Dubai its still the best place for Chicken Tikka and makes me wonder why I didn't visit it earlier??!!!Reasonable prices still.
A Absolute Must for chicken lovers and tandoori items!
