We love going here in the evenings to satisfy our mid day cravings or late at night for a chat over tea. Their samosa chutney is just amazing. So crispy and I like the samosa stuffing and the red sweet chutney. It reminds me of Kolkata my chilhood home. They have amazing variety of grilled sandwiches, club sandwich being my favourite and a wide variety of shakes too.

I ordered eggs and chips sandwich along with tea. The order was delivered through zomato. Improperly packed tea flask, it was leaking from the flask and had got into the sandwich. Hence I asked for replacement. When they sent the replacement order didn’t even bother to check the order and just sent any random sandwich from someone else’s order. This is the worst experience and will never order delivery from here as this is the second bad experience with the cafe at business bay location.

Ordered at 10:49 AM and Delivered Around 1:00 PM. (Distance: Business Bay Avenue to Churchill Tower) and Tea was cold like soft drink. Surprisingly food was delivered by Cream Rider. Zomato has machinacial reply. Cafe says we are waiting Crean Rider. Cream Rider only worry about his payment that he paid in advance to cafe. So as customer it's your problem because zomato only provide place for ordering and get there commission, Cafe rely on Crean Rider, Cream Rider is only concerned about his money because as per policy he is liable to collect the money. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful from Zomato as they consider every customer complaint is for Coupon. Cafe think s it's not their problem either food is cold or any other instruction. why is Cream delivering Zomato food and they are concerned about the money and they don't have any link to cafe straight. kindly honour you Commitment please.

Yes, of course they have the best tea. Definetly should try the saffron tea.<br/>I was only disapointed in one thing. I had the mexican fries for 10DHS. It was not at all worth the price. The quantity was too less. The taste also was not that great. Also the staff were a bit slow. The rest was fine.

I ordered delivery with them in 3 occasions and only once they managed to get the order right in the first attempt! The most recent order has to be the worst experience of all - after they re-delivered, the food is still prepared incorrectly 😕 I told them to either deliver the correct items or give me my money back and the delivery man laughed at what I said as if I was making a joke! Unprofessional!

Delivery was delayed by 22 minutes!! their chai was good but the vada pav was Horrendous. The pav was soggy as if someone had sprinkled water on it and microwaved it to make it soft. And super highly priced for the size of the vada pav. I dont think i would recommend this restaurant unless you want to have only the Chai. The 2 stars it has received from me is for the CHAI. Again, only chai costs you 5 AED which again is a little overpriced. There are other restaurants, who give you the same quality and quantity of chai for a much lesser price. For Eg. Cha Cha Chai.<br/> <br/><br/>When i complained, the restaurant said that they would get me another vada pav but it will take another 1 hour for the delivery! like seriously....you want me to wait for another hour for something that you should have sent right in the first place??

Worst delivery service I have ever come across . The staff is so unethical and keeps giving a run around . As I am writing this , it's been an hour and 10 min sincre I have placed my order and filli bay avenue is hardly a 5 min walk from my work place . I was promised 30 min and it's been more than double that time . If filli actually has someone from their marketing or customer service team , who actually reads reviews ( which I fairly doubt ) , you guys need to get this fixed and at least get some staff who can properly cater to customers over the phone rather than giving them a lame runaround . FiLLi cafe at business bay is worth visiting to unwind after a tiring day at work and savour their famous Zafran Chai. The place offers a variety of snacks to go with the Zafran Chai or any other choice of beverage you would prefer. The XL Platter is the best choice if you decide to hangout as a bunch, and you will be tempted to order another one before you finish the first! Filli's wraps are also worth a try. The place is a tad bit overpriced but worth visiting once in a while.

I call for my breakfast daily from this branch since my office is a stone throw away, but as the worse service witnessed on regular bases I was deceived by the person working in the restaurant Venkata and another phillipino lady promising to not deliver my food on time and even worse the food not having the required ingredients tea spilled all over my food and best part my food being extremely cold and stale. The delivery boy on asking confirmed that the restaurant was clearly misquoting to me since he was never close to my office for hours after my order being placed. Taking a step ahead I spoke to the manager Mr. Antony(phillipino) again a person who never understood my concern but only apologized continuously without addressing my concern. Lastly, on fuming, he gave me the area managers number(Akram), but guess what he doesn't have an existing number in UAE. Most epic restaurant with the worse staff and horrible experience i would extend all my fellow people to not order food from this place.

Filli is most famous for it's Zafran Chaai but personally, if you are not much of a Chaai drinker like me, you could opt for their milkshakes which is just as good, in a different way. <br/><br/>During my visit, I have also tried one of their club sandwiches which was averagely good. <br/><br/>The service in this branch was much better than my previous experiences in other branches, they do have really friendly staff. <br/><br/>Prices are okay for the food you get, hence a decent place to have an afternoon snack in if you are in the area.

Well to begin with, I am a huge fan of filli tea especially the saffron tea😘<br/>Try the saffron tea with a side dish like vada pav. Don't go for the samosas. The plus point of this place is that it has a nice sit out set up outside with a partial view of the Burj Khalifa. We ordered the zaffran tea (can be a bit sugary if you don’t have the palate for anything sweet). Work scenes require some good chai. Visited during my lunch break to have a Buffalo Chicken Burger with fries, one large Zafran Tea, and one Paratha Bite with tea. <br/><br/>The burger was pricey for the quantity however, the remaining dishes were good. The choice of restaurant is vast.<br/><br/>Recently been to Filli with few friends. We ordered for plater XL, it had burger, club sandwich, wrap and quesadilla. I must say it was quite filling. It is also served with zafrani tea and fries too. We got to taste little of everything in the platter. All the sandwich was good, tea was the best part.<br/>

Being a regular customer of Filli highly disappointed with the order which was delivered today.<br/>Delivery was on time.<br/>Order 2cups of tea , samosa and Pav bite.<br/>No doubt the snacks were delicious but the tea was not upto the mark.<br/>The tea was too thick like the milk might have spoilt didn't tasted as a tea rather it taste like a thick shake.<br/>This is the first time I have got this service. Not happy.

Always a fan of Filli 😋 We order Samosa Bite and Feggie. Both were filling and tasty. The Samosas were crispy as they should be and the sandwiches were fresh.

Very nice place for quick bites on the go. They also have the best karak tea with saffron. They really prepare it properly. Paratha meals are also made properly and not greasy like other cafes.<br/>I would recommend chicken paratha and cream and crisp paratha.<br/>Their delivery service is accurate but the fries were luke warm.<br/><br/>

I have always loved filli but today it was a really bad experience. Ordered a chicken tikka wrap and watermelon juice. Both were disappointing. The tikka wrap was just marinated boiled chicken and with no flavour.
The fruits were for sure not fresh or kept open in the refrigerator. The smell of juice was typically of a opened thing in fridge.
Really disappointed.

Zafrani Tea is marvellousas this product is main brand ambassador of FILLICafe.. but charges is insanely high 11dirhams for one small cup of zafrani tea... Not worth of money. Simply overpriced.

Really nice staff, welcoming and friendly. Loved the fries it was crispy and well prepared. Paratha rolls were good too. Cold
Spanish latte was good too sugar was well balanced. Overall I enjoyed my lunch there with my friend.

The tea was good but I felt it is rude for a staff to ask me to let go of my outdoor seating just because I am alone and there is no other vacancy left for another customer to take. I was barely 1 hour enjoying my tea outside and I have been asked to move inside cos another customer wants to sit outside and since I am alone and enjoying my alone time with some movie, I am being asked to get in and give way. Just because I am alone does not make me less of a customer.

Great choice if you’re craving a strong desi chai.
They serve a wide variety of chais - with different flavor-enhancers like saffron. Nice outside seating area - but practically no space inside. Bear that in mind for the summers!
They also have a takeaway carton which you can bring/take to a party. I am not a big fan of the carton though as the cardboard smell overpowers the natural tea smells. But - it remains an option. Thanks

The food that i ordered was extreamly cold. And neither the tea, sandwich or samosas were in an eatable condition. It was stale and cold. Very bad experience. Also the zomato valet said he does not have enough change, probably a good way to make tips even after delivering really unsatisfactory food. Highly disappointed with fillis
